The reception staff on the day we arrived didn't care for foreigners. The room was good value for money but don't dare ask the staff for anything without it being a nuisance to them. There isn't much in this area in the way of food and activities. I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is in the industrial part of Stuttgart. The location is convenient to work and near the bus and train station. The room was quite large and comfortable - about 3 times the size of some other hotels. A kitchenette and separate bedroom were available. The carpeting is quite old and stained. Aside from the carpet, everything else is nice and clean: the bedding, the bathroom, etc. The highlight was a surprisingly good breakfast, which was included in the price. There was ample free street parking.

Nothing too bad, nothing too good to say. Clean rooms but old, clean bathroom but old and with plastic curtain for the shower. Reception correct but not extraordinary... Average hotel.

This is a very basic place, drab, thin pillows. You can't say there is anything hugely wrong with it, but not much that is very good either. Would be depressing to stay any extended period.

The room was great. We were on the fifth floor and The patio balcony door opened up onto the roof and there was actually a nice view of the industrial part of Stuttgart. You could walk out onto the roof and walk around and it was interesting. The only bad thing about it was there was no telephone in the room so I couldn’t call room to room to chat with my friend so we had to use our cell phones but that was fine. For nine euros more we got breakfast and it was quite a big spread and they made scrambled eggs fresh and special for us and we really enjoyed it. In the evening there was no noise and plenty of parking on the street and even some parking under the building but the parking under the building was kind of tight so I preferred to just park on the street but in the morning the industrial factories or something the Trainyard or somethings started making noise pretty early around 7 AM but then I realized my window was open so maybe if you close the window it wouldn’t of been so bad but I didn’t get up and close it and then I went and ate breakfast and then I left the hotel

The location was in an industrial area of town. It was near where we needed to be, but sort of a scary area for 2 women to be traveling alone.

Large room. Cheap. Free parking. Did not have breakfast. Would stay again, despite the room being hot (no AC nor fan).

This is very much a business hotel - larger and in a more industrial area. The wifi was fast enough for my use and there was a stove-top in the room which although I did not use, was a welcome feature. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a rest and to clean up. I do not picture anyone coming here for a vacation, but I do not think that is their market.

It was ok, the pillow and bed linen had a lot to be desired for. Definitely not a highlight of the hotel. It’s relatively clean and served its purpose. There is literally nothing in the area so be prepared. There is an Aldi that is close but that is about it.

Basic but good value, really good staff, good free breakfast.

A nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and large comfortable rooms. Kept well clean. Hotel offers a breakfast buffet for an extra charge. Hotel is an easy walk to Re'al (food, drinks, snacks). It was about a 3/4 mile walk to S1 train stops Hulb or Boblingen. About a 1 mile walk to the city center for eating establishments, shopping, etc. Hotel offers shuttle service to airport, but for about 3 euro you can ride the train from Hulb or Boblingen to the Rohr stop on the S1, then change trains to the airport on either S2 or S3. Very easy experience, but give yourself an hour travel time with the walk and train rides. If you have a car, this hotel is an easy on/off to the A81 and has parking on site. There are also several rental car agencies near the hotel (less than 1/2 mile walk) if you want to rent a car for the day. Most are open between 7am and 5pm. Hotel has key card-only access after hours for outside door security. Check-in is listed as 2pm, but as most flights from America arrive in the morning, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage so we could explore the area and eat lunch prior to the check-in period.

Hotel good for business travels of short duration. Staff very gentle and breakfast pretty good. My room was not very new. Two separate small beds. Very low signal/speed of WiFi. My opinion is that they used all rooms, even worst ones as the hotel was full. Rooms and WiFi of my colleagues were much better.

The hotel is off the beaten path. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. The breakfast buffet was nice. Although the rooms including the bathroom were spacious, the shower and toilet were a problem. The shower was so small that I hit my elbows against the shower walls whenever I raised either one. The toilet was poorly placed that you couldn't use it without pressing up against the wall. I would only stay again if the hotel renovated the bathrooms to move the toilet away from the wall a bit and make the shower bigger.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and easy access by car. Rooms are spacious and breakfast decent. It's a twenty minute walk from the city centre which is fine for me but perhaps too for away for some.

Nice business hotel....good breakfast, spacious rooms.

Terrific service, terrific rooms. Breakfast was very good. Only downside is location, it's in an industrial park in Boeblingen, about 1.5 miles from the center center, which is the nearest place to find restaurants. There is a RealMarkt nearby, however, which made it easy to get everyday items.

We kept driving through an industrial area and wondered where the GPS was taking us. We arrived at what I would call a small boutique hotel that was very nice. It was near the museum for the cars made in Stuttgart. Also, the front desk clerk recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and the chef and wife introduced themselves. A really nice coffee machine made coffee to your liking.
