Our room had a strange odor upon entering, and we realized that the toilet did not flush. The front desk was able to get us a plunger so we could get it taken care of.
The furniture and finishes did show wear.

The hotel lobby and room were clean and attractive. I found the bed a bit too firm for my liking but my wife was fine with it.
To be honest, I found that the staff really didn’t acknowledge me until I initiated contact. Unlike the previous hotel we stayed at, there was no warm greeting when we entered, no “Good morning!” when I passed the desk this morning. That stood out. They were friendly enough when we initiated, but I expected a little more.

I’m a born complainer, and I have no complaints. I especially appreciated the scrambled eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and I would have used it but time didn’t allow it. I used the exercise room and it was ideal.

Very accommodating staff when I asked to change rooms because of dirty box spring covers. Clerk informed me they are making improvements with housekeeping staff. Would stay there again.

Hotel was fairly noisey, could hear people in room above us walking around and flushing the toilet. A/c was loud as well. Beds were too firm. Between both the noise and uncomfortable bed, it was difficult to sleep. Hotel was clean, though.

The hotel is located right off the highway and near many restaurants. It looks like it has been recently painted and looked clean overall. When we first checked, our room (203) had a broken air conditioner and smelled like urine. They quickly changed our room to another room that was cool and clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was standard motel fare. I wish the coffee was better, but fortunately Tim Hortons is nearby. We ate dinner in the breakfast area with friends and the staff was accommodating to that.

The property was in good, clean condition - nicely renovated. It was nice and quiet, the family enjoyed it! It is a hotel worth considering. The only things I would mention are the pillows seemed to be well past their prime, they felt flat and need updating and getting into the hotel off the main road can be tricky.

The first room they gave us smelled like cigarette smoke. The sign-in warned that there's a huge fine for smoking in the rooms, so I wanted away from the smell and to make sure I didn't get charged for it. The second room they gave us was, adequate I guess. About what you'd expect for a no-frills hotel. Except then we discovered that it had no hot water in the shower! Good times were had by none.

Room was clean, but could use a remodel. It was humid the entire time in my room, even with the AC running even though it was cooler with no humidity outside. Therefore the room constantly smelled musty. AC needs an upgrade or repair. It squeaked and hissed every time it ran and didn’t regulate the temperature in the entire room. I checked in like 10min after they locked the front door. When I got to the door, there was some guests just returning and they let me in. Bed was super uncomfortable and stiff. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor and I barely got any sleep. When I got to the front desk, the person had a bit of an attitude about that and also like I was inconveniencing them from doing their job. For the price I paid, it wasn’t worth it and I recommend looking for another property to stay at.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to arrive late that night after a long drive. The room was quite warm but after we turned on the AC all was comfortable.
