Tv didn’t work and had to be repaired. Lamp beside bed didn’t work. Bulb had to be replaced. No hairdryer. I killed a bug crawling on the wall. Heating and AC didn’t work and had to be repaired. It was dirty and smelled. Entire property was nasty. Wyndham needs to visit this property. They would pull their name from it.

There was only one person checking people in and there was a line when we arrived. The young man up front was very pleasant and was clearly trying to navigate it all, then in the midst of the chaos an adult woman showed up from the back and offered no help. The building was run down & the bathroom did not seem clean. The toilet ran all night & the bed had plastic coverings on it. It was not what we expected, but the bed was comfortable & we were exhausted so we just went directly to sleep and left first thing in the morning. The person at the desk when we left was also friendly & kind, which we appreciated.

This place needs to be renovated...from the elevator to the rooms. The sheets were not even white...they looked very dingy and stained. There was hair on the bathroom floor and walls of the shower...I took a Clorox wipe to wipe the shower down and OMG the filth was ridiculous. There was no breakfast even tho I would not eat anything they would have provided anyway.

So it started with it's airport shottel didn't showed up, after 45 minutes i tok a taxi. Waiting 30 minutes to tjek in because there was nobody there, where she finely got there she was on the fon with here boyfriend while she tjek me in. Next morning i come down for breakfast the didn't have breakfast but the had a snack back. The one who was working in the morning was werry nice and friendly. The shottel back to the airport worked fine.

There was a nautios smell as youbwalked thru the walkway to the door. The elevator needs work, it feels as if its about to drop. There's homeless people sleeping in the front lobby.

Hotel on the outside looks amazing but the inside is disgusting. Hotel looks to be undergoing a remodel, water takes forever to heat up. I do not suggest staying here if you can help it. Neighborhood is extremely sketchy.

Pro: hot water, toilet paper, fridge, airport shuttle
Con: no closet, no microwave, no coffee in room, no breakfast, no TV remote (someone came to the room after second request and got a remote programmed after 40 minutes)
Desk clerk chatted on her phone the entire time we checked in, then stopped us when we were going to our room to make sure no one was already in that room.

Hallway floor splattered with paint.

After I got to the hotel, I completed the entire registration process and then was informed that they changed their pet policy to therapy pets only! That’s because they are required to accept them by law! Anyway, I had my cat with me, so the reservation & registration process had to be cancelled. I was back to square one and I sat in their lobby and looked for another pet friendly hotel where we could stay until the hurricane passed in Florida. It would have been nice if they would have let Google know that they were no longer a pet friendly hotel as that would have prevented a lot of trouble and angst for me!!

It is a hotel that is very good on the outside but inside it is very neglected and old. There was no breakfast because they do not have an area designated for this.

I had to get my key made evertime I went to the room ask for sheets towels and they told me they only hand them out every 3 days don’t stay hear ever again

This hotel was quite dirty and loud. The towels were stained and bed sheets were grimy. The lock on my door was broken, which made me concerned as a solo female traveler. Would not recommend.

Airport shuttle didn't start early enough to be useful for us and it's far from the airport. Room cleanliness was ok but the facility was not. Greeted by caution tape and the police surrounding the place (turns out it was just a gathering spot for the officers with their lights on and the caution tape was for a paint job the hotel was doing). Vagrants causing noise messing around with a ladder outside our room at night. Nowhere to walk to (though didn't feel safe to anyway) when arriving in the late evening from a flight. Lobby smelled of pot.

Let us start with the good things. The girl attending us at the reception was very cordial and kind. Also, the shuttle guy was very friendly and talk with us in the way to the airport. The bed was a good one.
On the bad side, we arrived and even the uber guy told us: "Is it here?". The place looked like it was shut down. I think they were remodeling. It smelled like gypsum board on the outside. On the inside, everything looked dirty and even with the No smoke signs, it smelled like smoke. The room looked like it was not fully cleaned. We were not expecting a 5 star hotel but neither this experience.

Picked up quickly at the airport, and checkin was quick. But this place is in terrible condition, especially public areas, in addition to being bare bones. Old microwaves piled in the hall. No shampoo, water never got hot. Waited 30 minutes for airport shuttle.

The property looked like a halfway house the manager told me that people live in some rooms so it’s nosy there was people outside the hotel looking like they where going to break in your car

It is cheap for a reason. It was very noisy and impossible to sleep. You will have people shouting in the corridors at 3 am going to the airport or coming back from it. The AC sounded like a tractor machine.
The shuttle took 45 min to arrive at the airport. Did not have a good experience at all.

It was ok for the cost the location is great and near a lot of food spots. The hotel can use a few coats of paint. The hallways has a strong smell and the room was not clean. Shower wasn’t cleaned and floors were not mopped. Outside of this the rooms are fine but I’d say bring your own towels, one of mind had a red stain.
