Clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay.

Loud lobby/breakfast setup could be heard from the room. Hotel placed a $100 incidental hold, found that to be interesting as I’ve stay in far higher end hotels and have had holds far less. Room had a smell, it worked for our needs but I would go elsewhere if staying in Pueblo again.

Great stay for the price. A/C worked well, fridge was cold, beds were clean and comfy, and the curtains blocked sun so we could sleep past dawn. However, I'm still waiting for some of the incidental fee to be returned because they thought we had a dog when we did not.

Asked for towels repeatedly never got them tell 5 minutes before i left. Had to dry with a hand towel.

The good, the staff was great and friendly. Check in was easy directions to amenities were clear and not too complicated. Breakfast was good but very small area so be patient. The room was sufficiently spaced and furniture fit the room. AC was old and only worked on low speed but eventually got the temperature right and had no trouble maintaining it. The bad; The property was clearly refinished and done relatively well, but it’s like they didn’t feel like finishing the job. Old removed equipment still had all the holes in the walls/doors as if it was done yesterday. Patches to the shower were done to seal it so you have very clean white surfaces in spots and old dirty looking original elsewhere. Hooks, handles, other wall fixtures were done poorly and so crooked that you could not use some items. The finish work was just not done. If they could get someone to just do the finish work this place would be top notch all around. The surrounding area, thankfully this place is tucked back behind the main street because it looks rough, The hotels all around are falling apart and some might need to be demolished. Don’t let that scare you though, this hotel and property are clearly maintained, even if not finished out.

Pool is easy, clean, and safe which made it excellent with a young kid on a long drive. Breakfast was also a big help on our trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Nice property. Staff was nice, on the older side but clean property. Only thing is the sofa bed felt like it was going to break. Felt like laying on a sheet of wood to be honest.

This is a top notch staff. General Manager and night audit are what every guest hopes to encounter!

Very nice

The front desk gentleman was on top of his game and very friendly. The room was very comfortable and cozy. We will definitely be staying at Comfort Inn again.

Really old AC unit took a while to figure out. But wnded up doing its job.

The property was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The manager was great and very accommodating. I appreciated the business attire the staff was wearing, you don't see that very much anymore!

Only set back was the guest ice machine was out of order, had to go to the next floor. Really not a big problem

The room was clean, comfortable and mostly accessible. Just wish that they would have a roll-in shower available. The only issue we had with the facility is that the guest ice machine on the first floor was out of order. Minor setback. Comfort Inn is always our first choice when traveling.

Overall a nice place, staff was nice and breakfast was perfect!! Pool could've been a little bit warmer but besides that everything was good.

The state was great. The lady who checked us in was amazing. The night worker was not too happy, but overall it was a good stay! Pool and breakfast was great

Clean friendly staff

Property was clean, room was clean. Very decent breakfast with enough selection. Check in and check out was rather slow, but staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I did not care for the credit card deposit on an already paid for room. Causes me a little inconvenience for my expense reporting . Overall I’d give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars

Pretty clean and up to date. Reserved through expedia, upon check in i was told i have to do an additional deposit per room. I would get it credited upon checkout and would show back up in a few days. Thats the only issue

Pueblo Comfort Inn was just a good hotel. No complaints.

Hair in tub, no hot water, shampoo empty, took about 25 mins to check in when we had paid ahead of time . Only one person working in a Friday night at 8 pm. Sucked big time ! Invest some money on your hotel for gods sake. Comtinental breakfast empty at 8:15 am on a Saturday morning!

Checking in was great. Didn't appreciate the way the manager addressed smoking on the property. 250 charge anywhere on property. Not to mention all the drug looking people smoking right outside the front lobby. Also, didn't have TV for the last two days of our stay, which we have young kids. No one had answers of when the problem would be resolved simply just kept saying we'll call you. Never did
