We just needed a few hours sleep before heading home after a late night arrival from the airport. Checkin was quick & easy. The beds were a little firm. Breakfast was great!

We loved our stay here! The front desk staff was friendly, I loved the check in online early so my in person check in only took a minute. The room was clean and new, shower was amazing, bathroom was spacious. The whole hotel was clean and quiet, great breakfast selection. Will definitely stay here again next time!

The women who checked us in was crabby and unfriendly. Not helpful about providing information about restaurants in the area or how to schedule the shuttle to the train. For that kind of money you can find a better place to stay.

The cost for the room was too high given what was provided. No Bar,,No Restaurant...Gym was a joke People at front desk acted like I had Covid. I don't. I would not stay there again. Was not horrible but just not worth it.

The hotel is located just a few miles from the airport and is close to everything. Room was clean. But not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. I prefer bathroom door the old fashioned with a lock.
Breakfast was included but boring and not very tasty. I guess when things are free, unfair to expect more eh?

The staff made mistakes in their work and were extremely irresponsible. Because they forgot to record their arrival one day late, they cancelled the whole trip and sold the room.

The front desk person gave us the wrong room when we checked in. We found out the hard way, as did the person already sleeping in that room. The key stopped working after a day. The bathroom was updated, but mildew was growing in the grout. Everything is expensive in Anchorage, but the amount we paid for a room at this lacklustre place was astronomical. I’ve stayed at luxury resorts for less than what we spent on this “budget” hotel. They didn’t even clean on a daily basis. Only saving grace was the free shuttle and the free breakfast. Exploring the city a bit revealed that we could have done a lot worse. Our view of the derelict house with literal junk in the yard was bad, but at least we weren’t under the highway or next to the train tracks (other budget hotels in the city).

The shuttle was less than desirable. I arrived at the airport and no shuttle. When I called. They said she went home sick. And basically good luck. Late at night getting an Uber I was not thrilled as I picked this hotel for the shuttle. The staff was nice and the hotel was very clean and quiet.

This hotel looks very different online and in pictures. The standard king bed room was cramped just for one person- the toilet was possibly five feet away from the bed with a lack of fan in the bathroom. The carpet did not look vacuumed, the shower dripped all night, the floors in the bathroom were dirty. Cosmetically- the tv stand was all scratched up and not repaired, the bed frame looked like an animal had been scratching on it, and on top of the dirty room there was no hand soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. Very upset with this room, and will not be returning.

We arrived late night but the shuttle service took care of our transfer. Hotel is pretty new and very clean. Breakfast is really good. Staff is very courteous.

stayed there for 3 days and requested house keeping two days in a row and never got a clean room. they never showed up. the second day they left 3 soaking towels inside the shower tub and never dump the trash cans . i would never stay in that hotels again.
