I did not stay at the hotel. Upon arrival there were homeless people walking around the parking lot. My room had a door that went outside and barely latched to the outside. The door had had a large gap where you could see daylight all the way around. Bathroom wall was missing paint. Room was not very clean. Pictures were very deceiving. They do not represent the hotel accurately. Gave my keys to the front desk and drove to Pendleton to stay the night.

This like all other hotels in La Grande is over priced. The staff is great but the blankets were stained and the tub wouldnt drain.

This hotel was dirty ran down and had no counter in the bathroom at all. Also has doors that go out side to the parking lot in each room on the first floor. The door to the out side parking lot had so much separation from the parking lot that the wind and leaves blew into the room. Asked for a room change and the staff said no.

Desperately needs a deep clean, mold in the bathroom, hair that did not belong to us in the supposed clean bed. The carpet was absolutely filthy. It worked for one night. Just such a bummer of a stay. Won’t stay here again.

The room we stayed in was in a awkward spot in the hotel (outside around the corner), the door did not close without slamming it, it was dirty, the phone beeped all night and I had to unplug it.

this facility needs to work toward the level of the one in Baker city. Hot breakfast -no. Hot tub was closed for repairs. the locks for the rooms are troublesome at getting in the room and outer doors.

check in desk next to dining area was stacked with pile of laundry, ? clean or dirty. everything was dirty.carpets, floors in our room dirty. two or three places on walls where something was splashed., one being next to toilet. no counter space at all! in bathroom. during night a loud noice started, continued all night. the manager in am said a valve was stuck building pressure, loud hissing noise all night! we should have moved. we are both 84, too difficult. we need to be compensated. a refund we are requesting. if we don't get a response, will contact corporate office of Motel 8. Paul and Nadine Betz.

Nice to stay here, it was an emergency because all roads and freeways were close because fires, the man in the lobby pretty nice person, friendly and helpful… I will recommend this place, breakfast in the morning was good too.

This property is in rough shape and not well cared for. My room had a stain on one blanket and on the chair. There was a huge pile of garbage in the second floor hallway the entire time we were there that smelled awful and was never removed. The room was average and the breakfast buffet extremely limited. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room smelled like it had been an old smoking room. There aren’t any elevators and the layout is confusing. It was pretty noisy from the roads too. The customer service was ok. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Our room had a sink that wouldn't drain and the phone didn't work. When we reported the problems, we were immediately given a new room. The staff was responsive to our requests for extra towels and blankets. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well.

On our way to our destination I made several attempts to contact Super 8, and couldn't get a hold of them! No one would answer the phone. So when we arrived, and I brought it up to Tessa, the woman who checked us in, she TOTALLY ignored me! The area was old, the room ws decent, however, the shower was clogged, and the water wouldn't drain. There was no elevator on the premises. A huge inconvenience when you have a large suitcase, and a special needs child as well. Most likely won't be coming back to Super 8 unless I have to.

A lot of homeless walking by the property. I was worried about my vehicle all night. One guest had her wallet stolen while we were there. Breakfast was very minimal.

We had a late arrival and the employee at the desk went above and beyond greeting us with waters and some snacks. After a 5 hour drive and a midnight arrival it was welcomed. Thank you for making the arrival super easy. I was towing a raft and they have a big gravel lot so I was able to easily park even with a trailer. The room is what it is ... its a place to crash and not a place to hang out all day. It supplied that need well. We all got some sleep and some showers before our 3 day outdoor adventure.
