Could tell that the hotel had just changed management. It was clean but needed some updating. Biggest complaint was that I was there was no ice or vending machines, no fridge/microwave in the room and I chose the hotel because it said it came with breakfast but I later received an email that breakfast was grab and go. We got down stairs at 8am and there was nothing out for breakfast, so we had to go out to buy breakfast.

It was the pits. No cups in rooms and they did t give any water when we checked in. Your ‘breakfast’ stunk. A to-go box? Really? No coffee pot in the room. Soap from a different hotel chain and one micro bar at that. You couldn’t pay me To come back there even after it is remodeled. Left. Terrible taste in my mouth for this place!

The stay was just okay. The service desk employee was amazing but, the condition of the hotel & the lack of amenities for the price was very disappointing.

Under-par hotel and extremely over-priced!poor quality hotel, needing to be redone, no breakfast. Would have been good at $65/night, but not at $185!

Went into bathroom and stepped on the bath mat and turned the bath mat black because my dirty foot from walking around the room. Need to mop floors. Water came out from bottom of shower because there was a gap. Had water pooling up in front of shower door. The grab and go breakfast was horrible. Nutrigrain bars and oatmeal. If I have to make it, it’s not exactly grab and go. Grab and go are things like fruit, sandwiches, muffins, and things like that. There was no water or juice to drink. Only coffee or hot water to make tea. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. I did ask the staff if he had water and the staff did go and get a bottle of water for me.

Check in was great. Our room was OK, but the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working efficiently. It did have a governor on it so it would not go below 66, but it felt closer to 72-74 in the room. And it was very humid. Our bed was very hard and springy. The room was clean enough and it was nice and quiet.

The evening attendant was a young gentleman and he was very sweet & helpful.

The lobby and hallways smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Upon entering our room both nights, the room smelled like marijuana. The property is in dire need of upkeep and maintenance. The half pillows are a joke! The lack of toiletries for the shower is unacceptable. The room was hot and stuffy, and the air conditioner could not keep up. The room was not serviced or cleaned after the first day. With the limited number and small size of towels, that can be problematic. The staff at The front desk for check in and check out were friendly.

The rooms ans hotel are extremely outdated. The free breakfast does not exist. The hotel ia understaffed. The staff sis their best but there was not enough of them to manage. I would not recommend staying there.

The staff and room was excellent. I wish they had a laundry room that was functionable. And I wish they had more maintenance keeping up with things. But I highly recommend it mainly because the staff was excellent.

The appearance isn't as clean as advertisements. Breakfasts was granola bars and oatmeal. Very lackluster and wouldn't stay again. Staff was friendly. We saw lots of bugs in the room and halls.

Booked this hotel last minute.... The pool was way under par. I didnt even wantbto get in. The bottom was green weeds growing up through the bricks around the pool. Very trashy looking The trash wasn't taken out at all. Entrance doors didnt work. Small pillows,seemed like they were made for a child.. would not recommend

I like the cleanliness of the property. Check-in was easy and fast. The room was clean. My only complaint was the bed wasn’t very comfortable. However, that’s always circumstantial based on preference. We will definitely stay here again.

Very misleading advertising. I was traveling with another female and we were very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. We did NOT stay.

Clean, quiet, and friendly night staff to check us in with our doggo. The parking area is large and well lit, bed was comfy, and pool area is clean with plenty of manicured lawn area. Coffee shop was almost next door, so it was perfect for a 4min morning walk over with the dog.

Staff was so kind and accommodating. I had two rather odd requests and they took care of both with ease and kindness. I felt like if there was anything they could do—they would try. So nice! Room was clean and comfortable

No cups in the room. Issue with remote. No individual lamps on night stand. Advertised breakfast included but was just a granola bar and instant oatmeal to take back to room. Swimming pool not clean. Advised reno would be done next March, would advise to avoid until then.

Someone was able to use their key to unlock my door at midnight on my last night. Luckily I had the door double locked and they weren't able to get in. Air conditioning was poor. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

For the most part, place was clean. The description of what was in the rooms were very misleading.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The lady already ran my card and had the cards ready. I call that efficient.

Room was quiet and clean. Staff was helpful. The layout of the room was a little strange, but fine for our needs. Getting out of the hotel was tricky during rush hours.

It was difficult to find the property because the sign was blacked out. Breakfast is very limited grab and go. No towel bars near the shower- so you have to lay your towel on the floor if you want it I. Reach after showering.

This property looked abandoned when we arrived. We found that the hotel was bought out and was no longer Quality Inn. Signs of hotel were taken down. The lobby was so hot. Thankfully the room was not. The toilet was leaking every time it was flushed. I thought it was hot breakgast and it turned out to be packaged breakfast given out at the front desk instead of dinning room. i was very disappointed considering the price i paid.

We really liked it at the hotel.. they made extra effort to fix and or find ANYTHING we asked for.. would stay there again

they had a new computer system. so noone could get signed in. the AC did not work in the loby or hallway

While the hotel was well air conditioned and such, it clearly needs several improvements to the property. The rooms were updated but few outlets accessible to the bed. No lamps on the night stands which meant you had to get out of bed to turn out lights after reading. It just bothered us how many little things were not user friendly.

Sink would not drian, shower small and no water presure and worst of all, spiders crawled out from under the bed!! Oh, and the breakfast....nothing hot..."Grab & Go* they call it! Muffins, fruit, microwave biscuits?

This was the worst property I stayed at - Checkend in and the room smelt like cat urine - They kindly moved me to another room deluxe room and after I showed up and tried to turn on the tv it did not work. The staff came up after 10 minutes and had to unplug the microwave to get power to the tv so it would turn on. - AC would not cool down the room at max and it was warm all weekend which was hard to sleep. The staff offered to move me but I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep. It final cooled enough after it got cool outside around 4am. - continental breakfast was a joke - all fit on a 3 by 3 mat. Apples, a package of oatmeal cereal water a few package muffins (the cheapest ones they could find). My take way is they had to of know that the 1st room stunk and the tv did not work on 2nd room and the air was out. Don't advertise continental breakfast is more of a grab-and-go with two chairs and a sofa that doubles as a small lobby. This place is terrible make sure bring a lot of patience, your own ac, Air freshener, a Continental breakfast and maybe a portible generator for your tv. But staff was extremely nice and over worked!
