Front desk is pro. and courteous. Room is clean and spacious. Many chain restaurants, Target etc are within 5-10min drive. So, nothing to complain. Thus 5 stars and will stay again.

Only issue was no hot tub and i thought there was one. And there was a take out food container in the mini fridge. However the staff was AMAZING!!! We will definitely stay again!

Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay, but just average compared to other hotels.

The hotel was nice and clean. Although there was school teams there the place was pretty quiet. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Wonderful staff. Offered to shuttle us to Van Andel arena for a concert. It was so convenient and the driver (who worked for the hotel) was very nice and accommodating; dropped us off and picked us up right in front of the venue. Very responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend especially if there is a big event in downtown Grand Rapids (we went during Art Prize), when the downtown hotels are booked up and high priced.

the front desk worker was very nice and helpful, even though she was working by herself (as housekeeping and front desk). the room was nice and clean, fully stocked with towels. as two young women, we felt safe. there were tons of restaurants nearby. we would stay again if we ever come back to GR.

Though there was a challenge with a tech outage, check-in, room assignments, & having personnel open our door so we could drop our luggage was handled smartly & professionally. We left for a visit, and when we returned we were given our own card keys; the app room key function did not work.
Special recognition to CEE CEE at the front desk. She was attentive, informative, & hospitable. Made us feel like we were staying with a friend rather than being customers. Lovely breakfast, too.
Would stay at this property again & recommend.

They did not honor my quoted rate for the exact two nights from Expedia. Cannot trust Expedia or Hampton for rates.
Closet sliding door with mirror had multiple cracks. Obviously cleaning service must have noticed when if they cleaned it. Is it safe?

The light in the bathroom did not work, had to go to the desk to ask to have it fixed, which they did. Asked for a wakeup call - never got one. Breakfast was questionable.

I had a great stay here the hotel property was very well taken care of, no trash in parking areas, the rooms were big and well kept. The staff was extremely hospitable Tammy and accommodating. The property is seated in an excellent area for eating, shopping, and attractions. Most of which are in walking distance depending on the weather.

We were unable to reach the hotel by telephone so made our reservation via Hotels.com. This meant I did not receive Hilton Honors points for the stay. I was promised a room with king bed and sofa bed; the room we were assigned has no sofa and just one very uncomfortable chair. The bed was the only place to sit comfortably. Of the three Hampton Hotels were stayed in over this past weekend, this was the least satisfactory.
