Stay here when in the area for the value. Hot tub is nice when it is hot. No coffee/ breakfast but the money saved more than covers that.

Exercise room was not available as pictured, pool was good, hot tub only 92°f pool area worn out, ice barely came out of machine, no breakfast, reserved a handicap accessible room got put on second floor with no elevator. Stay somewhere else.

The staff!

We choose this hotel for the heated indoor pool and it was in poor shape. The room was dark and the pool surfaces were peeling and rough to the touch. The beds were also uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy and old.

Ill start off with a positive...the staff tried to be helpful. Entire facility worn down and antiquated. Room key issues. Phoning the front desk on supplied land line was staticky and temperamental. Hair dryer non-operational. Shower hose extended into the area where the body should be...awkward. Shower head was leaky and spewed water onto the floor. Sign outside says breakfast is included...staff confirmed there is NO breakfast. Never again do i plan to stay here. 3 stars only because I saw effort by the staff.

It is an older hotel and in need of some updating but it worked for the night.

After a long drive it’s a good stopping point before heading into DFW the next morning for dr appts.

It was an awesome tripp, the hotel was cozy and quiet ,the swimming pool was the bomb, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the only down fall was there was no breakfast ..

Smoke detector disabled. Bad TV reception. Old furniture.

Continues to be a great value. Missed the hot tub and pool though. Being repaired.

We loved the heated pool and hot tub. Just what we needed during our house issues. Staff was friendly and accommodating. However their only ice machine broke and was unable to be serviced during our stay. The windows in the pool room were broken and had to be held up by an object to all air ventilation. The bed was lumpy. They advertised free breakfast but there was no free breakfast. We were advised that they no longer served breakfast by the staff.

For some reason they are stingy with towels. Only one at check in in our room for two of us, and when asking they gave one morr set. Not enough for our stay ssy had to ask some more. Usually clean room, but floor was very sticky , and beer was left behind in the fridge. Hottub is now a warm tub. Overall though still good value for the price.

So we picked this place mainly for the indoor pool. We were there as a group and kids enjoy swimming. The sign said they had a heated pool that was a lie… the lighting in the pool area was very dim and hard to see. There sign and the internet said they served breakfast they do not. There was nothing in our room when it came to shampoo soap and towels the phone was broke so we couldn’t even call to get some the tv was fuzzy and hard to see. I could go on and on. Very sad place to stay.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. 1. Breakfast is advertised on Expedia, on the hotel website, and on the sign at the hotel, however there was no breakfast. 2. The door to our room did not automatically shut and had to be pulled/pushed to shut. 3. One of the lights in our room was broken as well as a hole in the wall. 4. The comforter had multiple holes in it and strings hanging off of it. 5. Our room did not have any tissues stocked in the tissue holder. 6. The fridge was dirty and looked liked it hadn't been wiped down in a while. 7. The staff was not friendly and seemed as if they didn't want to be there. We will never stay here again. I do not recommend. If we weren't visiting family during the day we would have changed hotels.

Pool and hot tub, although older were nice to relax in. Advertised breakfast but not true. Some guest were noisy, constantly coming and going and slamming doors.

Clean, quiet and the staff was great. Room was big and beds comfortable.

Horrible! At Check-In I was givin my key and told my room will be ready in 10 minutes. so I waited went back to front desk an hour later to make sure it was ready turns out he said it wasn’t gna be ready for another hour good thing I printed off my orbitz receipt which states Check-In 3 pm but nothing was done it was so dirty, trash everywhere on the room. I Was given a different room. It states breakfast is served in the morning but the front desk told me no breakfast is served there even though there are signs everywhere that say they do and on my orbitz receipt. I’m never going there again! Worst experience! Don’t go there!!

This room was rented for an overnight stay in our community. He, and his wife, spoke of the comfort.

Even the sign out front says breakfast, but they didn't have it. Things were dirty and not in good repair

This hotel is older, but it is always clean when i stay. The staff are friendly. And they have the best heated indoor pool and hot tub in the area. I reccommend this hotel for anyone looking fpr a place to stay.

Booked a queen bed, got a twin. Bed was a bit old and worn. Not put together well. Other than that it was a nice property and clean.

It was a great weekend get away! We were pretty upset that the hot tub was colder than the pool was but other than that it was great!
