Loved it

A guest in the room above us was jumoing up and down all night long reported this to gotel managemnet they did nothing, wasnt able to sleep at all tried to get an extra night as i had a long drive the front desk worker was obstinate and offered 0 help and kept saying she couldnt do anything when the hotel was virtually empty. Never will stay there again.

Air conditioning didn't work, TV didn't work, and the elevator was down. On top of the room being dirty

Room smelt of mushrooms, like it has never been fully cleaned. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures are worn out. Onsite laundry is handy but the hotel does not provide detergent for purchase, they simply let you know where the local grocery store is. I don’t need a full box…just the single load, so that was a pain. It has a kitchenette, but you have to request dishes…no dishwashing supplies provided in room. No ice machine as they have trays in the freezer…given the overall cleanliness - no thanks. Location was good for our needs but that was the only benefit. AC unit has a label that says it is controlled by the wall thermostat…no it isn’t. Ignore the label.

staff is very nice

Although this one was one of the better Extended Stay I did stay at still all of them including this one have an unpleasant and weird smell in the rooms, hallways etc. All furniture surfaces feel sticky. No ice machine in the entire place. Although place doesn’t allow pets I could hear barking next door plus dogs sheds visible on the hallways carpets. No more Extended Stay for me :/

The smoke detector was beeping and there was no one on the premises who could fix it. I, a 76 year man, had to climb up on the bed to figure out how to unplug it. In addition, our toilet wouldn’t flush and again there was no one to handle the problem. I had to work with a plunger for almost two hours to get it working. The A/C wouldn’t get cool enough and the temperature outside was in the mid 90’s. There were broken tiles on the entrance floor. The entire facility seemed to be in disrepair and there was no one on premises who could handle any of these issues and the desk clerk was unable to reach her supervisor. We feel we payed WAY TOO MUCH for this stay and we want a refund!

There was a random man that tried to open my room! He was previously a person who stayed there a few night prior. His key was still activated and if it wasn’t for match on my door he would have walked in on me. He was persistent about doing so even after me and my spouse had yelled who is there. Once my boyfriend started walking tot he door he ran off. Cops were supposedly notified and they offered to give us new keys. I never was contacted by a cop and heard no sirens outside. However, we were told by front desk a cop lived in the hotel and was alerted about it. I requested to change rooms due to having fear the man would come back. I remained paranoid for rest of the night and the next morning. In addition, my spouse and I went to front desk twice during at night (during our 3-night stay); once for an extra sheet and once for key card to vending machine room. No one came to front desk. Only had a ‘be right back sign’ posted. One plus is we were able to get clear tape during afternoon, when needed. Would not recommend or stay again!

It was terrible. The room was filthy dirty - the lobby was dirty, the elevator, the hallways were disgusting. No one cleans there. I stayed 2 nights because I prepaid and there were'nt anymore hotel rooms around - they didn't change anything, towels...no shampoo

I’ve been here twice the first time the room had ants and I woke up in the morning. They were crawling all over the nightstand and my phone, but I did not see any ants the most recent Room

We stayed for a basketball tournament. The room was very old and outdated. There were paint chips coming off of the toilet and bathtub. The television didn’t work and the tables in the room were broken. When we told the front desk they said there was nothing they could do.

There’s a reason it’s one of the most inexpensive in the area…it was dirty, the hallway and stairwells smelled like animal urine and marijuana, I doubt the sheets were cleaned as we found dirt and hair on them, and we were only given one bath towel. The toilet seat was stained and the room smelled more like someone’s else’s home than a hotel. It rained while we were there, there was bucket in the hallway catching water from the ceiling. Lots of people loitering and smoking all around the building. “Breakfast” consisted of a few cheap granola bars. We arrived late with exhausted children, otherwise we would have left before we stayed. The good reviews throughly confuse me. I would pass immediately on this place.

Clean property, efficient staff

It was fine. When I came in, the front desk staff member was arguing with a long-term resident about laundry. I waited for over 20 minutes while their argument escalated. The front desk person didn't technically do anything wrong, but she didn't de-escalate the resident very well, and even after the resident walked away she kept talking about it to me. Doesn't seem like people who are doing 'extended stays' are getting as good of service as short-term guests, since the staff member said she has to deal with lots of people complaining every day. Room was fine for the night.

Its was spectacular.

The Room was stale smelling with worn furnishings and stained encrusted carpet - bath tub had a patched area and did not appear clean -hallways smelled and were dirty- I would NOT recommend this property- if you find yourself there keep going! Dreadful experience and no staff on duty to take complaints-

This hotel is always clean and fresh. The bedding is crisply made (ex navy) and free of dust. The common areas are well kept and free of clutter. The upgraded cashless laundry room is a well spent upgrade. Good surrounding area for walks and jogs and pets.. immediate park and gazebos for just chilling out. Miss Thomas has fixed a few booking errors from hotels.com with professionalism and grace. Overall 10 out of 10 stars.
