The kitchen & bathroom where dirty. The toilet and shower were not cleaned. Supposedly on the mirror in the bathroom the manager checks every room after being cleaned. False because ours was not.

The room was dirty and unlocked when I got to it. The entrance was under construction and hard to locate and the place over all felt unsafe.

No breakfast the first morning, just coffee. The next morning we could get a granola bar. The hotel has a no smoking policy, but our hallway reeked of marijuana. Asked for a coffee pot and it was broke. Took it back down to the front desk. Shower had no water pressure. The elevator had a sign on it... recommending that 2 people only ride, but to use the stairs as much as possible. The recommended weight limit for the elevator is 3500 pounds. Either you have extremely heavy guests or the elevator is not overly safe??

The manager tried to be accommodating

The front desk staff was rude and unfriendly.

The prices were very competitive and the facilities were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. This was my first time using extended day but it was a good experience.

The breakfast could’ve been a little better. I came towards the end of the breakfast so I don’t know if there was more there earlier.
