No elevators, would have been nice to know.

The bathtub had damage and it was cheaply repaired and looked bad. In the morning noticed a huge yellow stain on the side of the bed. GROSSS!!!!!! There is no elevator, just staircase in the front. Tried calling downstairs to the front desk and phone was broken. Highly disappointed for the price, I could have stayed at Super 8 for half the price and got the same items or better.

Very nice place. Only complaint is there was no ice or soda machines. Other than that it was a good experience.

Called ahead and changed datea of aarrival,had confirmation number but they woulldnt honor the change

This hotel was a perfectly reasonable option for a night of sleep on a long road trip.

I am from Colorado and have stayed at this location twice. This hotel has been very clean and very nice. I know where to stay when I come to town and know that I won’t be let down.

Nice quiet hotel.

Room was nice, clean, quiet. However very disappointed, ice machine was broken as well as juice machine and coffee dispenser. Breakfast without coffee is a deal breaker!

My husband was bitten by something in his bed overnight, leaving itchy welts on his backside, and legs. Bedbugs?

Next to the highway is noisy. Breakfast only until 9 am. I feel should be later on weekends. Ice machine broken

Air conditioner could be better.

The toilet seat was about to come off. There was so much humidity in the room that it was almost unbearable. Breakfast was okay if you wanted to hear 3 cleaning ladies speak spanish. The orange juice turned out to be mostly water.

Definitly not a bad place to stay, it was relatively quiet and I never worried about the toolboxes in my truck truck outside. The pool/hot tub were very small and the breakfast options were very limited, but overall had a good nights sleep. Beds were clean and comfortable and I liked the large TV.

It's a decent place to stay but the pool area leaves a lot to be desired. Our bathroom door lever didn't work well and the exhaust fan made a horrible noise. Overall, it's not a horrible place by any means, but it needs some repairs.

We had booked our hotels months before trip. Arrived expecting our king room and we were given a room with 2 queens. Called it an upgrade. No courtesy call or email was given to advise of this change. Not good business. As far hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Maids trying to start cleaning room prior to our departure. No one at front counter to check out at 8:30 a.m., non english speaking maid point to a sign with, "be back at 10:00".

Great place to stay for the night. Breakfast options were great for both adults and kids.

From check in to checkout all staff were courteous and professional. Clean, quiet, and safe. Comfy bed. Would stay again.

The hotel was a little below average. The check in was extremely slow as there was no one at the counter and I waited so long to make me wonder if there was anyone there at all. Our room was on the second floor and it turned out that this hotel has NO elevator; we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs and couldn’t make use of the luggage cart which was available. This should be made clear on the website for travelers with lots of luggage (families, folks on road trips, etc.). The room we were given overlooked a highly traveled street and the railroad so there was quite a bit of noise from traffic. The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable, however, the bathtub had a big hole that had been patched up haphazardly. There was what looked like a bloodstain on the curtain. The breakfast staff was nice and they had several food options such as eggs, sausage, yogurt etc., which were ok. For a quick overnight stay it was acceptable. But I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

Property needs maintenance. It is ok for the price.
