The stay was as expected. Maybe a little pricey for no additional services like breakfast, but maybe that’s just CA prices.

Gave us the dog room….literally for dogs. Stated I had no pets upon arrival.

Beds quality was not good

Pictures showed it as good area and everything but its like more of a motel in the neighborhood.. staff were amazing but the condition of the property is not that great. We got the suite so we were happy about the space.. decently cleaned.. jacuzzi after it was on for 10 mins we smelled burn so we turned it off and faucet was dripping all night.. we didn't inform staff till we were leaving since we didn’t stay much there and were out exploring the city Said breakfast included but we didn’t get any information in that regards or where it was It felt over priced for the stay

Clean and convenient

Found a blood stain on my “clean” sheets . Construction work was being done right on top of my room early morning not letting us rest. Called the front desk nobody answered . Asked for a refund or partial refund and was denied a refund don’t recommend!

Looks nothing like the pictures. The room smelled, was old and nothing like pictures. There was an old couch in the hallway by the stairs. I felt unsafe to stay. I left and they would not give me a refund. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Nice employees, mid conditions.

Everything was good except for the people above us were super loud Friday and Saturday night.

Good stay

Looks nothing like the pictures. The room smelled, was old and nothing like pictures. There was an old couch in the hallway by the stairs. I felt unsafe to stay. I left and they would not give me a refund. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Front desk lady was very nice

First time in this Hotel, we really liked this place. Our room was very clean, room smell clean, beds very comfortable, we had the Family Suite with 2 king size beds plus a sofa/bed very comfortable and lots of space for a family. We really recommend this place and definitely would stay in this hotel again.

Rooms were clean but some of the decor was a little worn out. I love it. It fit our entire family in one room. The staff were great!

The room was bigger then expected. We are are a family of 5 so there was definitely enough space for us.

Room size seemed small with limited furnishing like no couch due to awkward room shape and size. Bed comfort was fine. Bathroom shower head had extremely powerful spray which was hard to adjust. Would not stay here again.

Good place to stay

The staff made our vacation work out. Theu were helpful, above and beyond the call of duty and made sure our stay was the best! Thank you!!

This is great budget hotel, very clean and bright. The location is good, relatively convenient.

Room weren’t clean some of them smelling not very good

The property is located close to the Aquarium. A staff member was helpful in getting our tv hooked up so the kids could watch movies.

We had ants in our room. I felt the price was way too high for what we got. Couch was old and had stains; ants were in the bathroom; you could not change the channel on the TV set.

They are pet friendly and are always very nice in the office. When I was running very late I called and they let me check in after hours when it was so important to me.

Great staff

Although the bed was pretty comfortable, the deadbolt on the door was broken and the lamp on the nightstand flickered on and off. I didnt feel very safe being there as a single mom with my toddler son. Location was very outdated and part of it was under construction.

I enjoyed my stay here. The only issue I had was that the entrance door kept getting stuck. Other than that, amazing stay!

Affordable and clean, while having the Aquarium near by

The location was perfect, howerver, would have liked the room to be more clean. There was a lot of hairs on the back of one of the pillows, which makes me doubt the room was really cleaned. Also the you could hear people walking on the corridors like at 10pm. Too pricy for what we got. I would not stay here again.

Room was interesting. Beds were decently comfy and clean. Bathroom was ok. The living room table needed a good scrubbing. But the large Jacuzzi tub in the living was a little odd. Living room could have also used a light over the couch and table. We booked this room because we had our 4 kids with us and needed a large space.

Staff service, both housekeeping and the front desk, was wonderful. The actual room was below average. The shower handle was nearly falling off. There were ants in the bathroom. The floor tiles were chipping off. The stove needed instructions for use: it took 30 minutes for water to boil! I found out later that the stove was on a timer! Instructions would have helped.

Overall the hotel was really clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and the location of the hotel was really convenient since everything was pretty much a 5-10 minute drive.
