The hotel is conveniently located around shops and supermarkets. Ideal for a late night restaurant visit or a bakery nearby for breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent showers and great dining options in the hotel too. Overall, I recommend booking this hotel for it’s convenience in location room generous layout.

I was there for work, yet there was no access to the internet from my room throughout my stay. This caused real inconvenience. Had to use my roaming at my own cost for online meetings etc Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Did not expect such poor service and facilities.

Very convenient and great are for walking. Only downside is tha the elevator was out of service but the staff was able to get us a first floor room. Breakfast was excellent.

A nice hotel in poppelsdorf right next to some great restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The onsite parking is very limited though and the underground part extremely tight. Not to be recommended for larger cars. Lots of alternative parking nearby.

Lovely hotel and great location for exploring Bonn. Great to have a secure car park under the hotel with direct access to the hotel via a lift. Lots of places to eat nearby. Good range of food for breakfast. Bit worried being over the motorway but no noise with the window closed.

Really great location and if you want a good burger go the kebab shop next to the bus stop when coming from town.Staff are really friendly but room service not so great but could be language barrier.House keeping rushed cleaning of the room, although when we arrived it was spotless. Only one English channel BBC news..no English subtitles available. Bakery across the road and a few cafes cheaper than the 15 euro breakfast offered at hotel
I would definitely stay again but maybe without the boys.

Worst experience ever. A staff is is so hostile and even yelled at customers. Very unkind. Don't stay there.

They gave us an upgraded room at 11:30pm which didn’t have safe and fridge!Apart from one the staff at reception, the rest of them were useless! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Great location for Bonn town plus local bars and restaurants. Staff all friendly and helpful, good breakfast and good value for money. Would happily stay there again.

It is good in general. Staff are so cooperative. It is a little expensive regarding to the available facilities. There is no internet and breakfast is not included.

The hotel is very noisy. You can hear neighbours, showers, a squeaking elevator and the massive motorway which passes under the hotel. Otherwise it is cleaned, staff is very friendly and in a good location.

I booked this hotel because I was visiting an institute on Poppelsdorfer Allee, a short (ten minute) and very pleasant (through the botanical gardens) walk away. The hotel was very comfortable, with modern furnishings. There is a highway that passes under a tunnel beneath the hotel, so one can always hear noise from cars if one opens the window. But at night with the window closed the traffic is barely noticeable.
