Out of 5 stars I would consider it 3 stars. The employees are very friendly but the maintenance is poor. All the phones in the room work for front desk to call you but you can not call from room to front desk or even for room service. Only 1 elevator works out of the 2. Light above shower did not work. Another light in the room also did not work. It’s a pretty place but my rating will stand with 3 out of 5 stars

Staff was friendly. Great staff hotel is beautiful one of my favorite however this stay was disappointing. I rented 2 rooms one room a vap was found on side of bed (which was not good because I have my small nephew) my room sheets looked dingy and bed slept on def wasn’t up to par and Dnt think I will stay again

Smelly room, no hot water, stains all over the carpet (room and corridors), seems like no maintenance over years has not been done.
Despite it was only one night, i don´t think the price for the room worth it.

The bed was really hard, and the bedding rough. Pillows on the other hand, were great.

Lucerna was our favorite hotel, but is getting old. Dirty carpets. The rooms need some improvements. We found the shower clogged with someone’s hair. It is sad we will need to look for a better hotel.

the room entry key kept failing and had to be re-programmed. Shower and bathtub not in good shape. Bed was comfortable, but need to invest in pillows.

Its in a good area with easy access to restaurants and casino. I ordered a cople of beers but its very expensive plus they automatically charge you the tip for room service .

Lucerne used to be nicer, but it is showing its years. Also when we walked in room air was off, air didn’t work that well so thermostat read 31 degrees Celsius and it took all night to cool down. Second our next door neighbors stayed up all night partying and were loud. The front desk even called us at 1am to accuse us of smoking on the balcony, which again was the neighbors. Nice of them to offer free breakfast, but probably won’t stay here again.
