Walking distances to our child’s dorm. Effect location for University traffic.

Keep driving… filthy, warn out furniture, etc.. Other better hotels in the area.

We were offered a second floor room when we checked in and little did we know that this is a very old property and does not have any elevator. So we went back to the reception and asked them if we can get something on the first floor since we had six big suitcases to carry. The young associate Owen said that they were fully booked (8/10/24 night) and said sorry. He did not offer any assistance with the luggage and went his merry way. We somehow managed to drag our luggage to the second floor. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. So no complaints there. The a/c would not go lower than 67 ( which was more like 70), and the occupancy sensor for the a/c kept shutting down the AC. This lead to a very uncomfortable and irritating experience. Next morning the included breakfast was meager and the person in charge did not bother to refill things on time. They were out of orange juice, breakfast tea, etc and we could not get hold of anyone to ask for replenishments. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I love how close to the campus (Mankato State) the property is. The campus was a lovely place to go for a good walk!

They have the pancake conveyor belt machine!!! Tthe room looked like it was brand new with a good size fridge that chilled my drinks to perfection... the bed was comfy with plenty of pillows... The shower water pressure could have been better but i find that with most hotels... And they breakfast bar had a good selection, good lay out, and plenty of chairs and tables... The staff was friendly and knew their stuff... just a joy to talk to... Highly recommend...

We really enjoyed our stay.The staff was amazing.

Stayed for a week while visiting family. The efficiency was clean, well maintained, and perfect for what I needed. Only drawback was lack of housekeeping - not once did they clean while I was there for 7 days. Offered me new towels on Day 6.
