Location was good, restaurants were within walking distance. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
Location was a little bit of a pain to get to, but other than that, nothing.

The location was great, easy to get to and get out of.
Well, our KEYS didn't work at all?? I had to go down and get NEW ones.......When we got to our room, I went to use the bathroom and on the floor was long black hair, not all over but there was hair on the floor, I didn't say anything, I just used a kleenex to clear it up...............just made me wonder did anyone clean the floor?? The next morning, there was hardly any eggs, breakfast sausage, I had to go and get the person that was working the Breakfast to tell that it needed to FILLED up with everything, the person working was busy visiting with the staff at the front desk.........the Breakfast was very busy and people where looking around trying or waiting at that time for more Breakfast food to be REFILLED..........they needed to be on top of this.....and not visiting...............I understand things can get slow, but, you should make sure everything is filled and pay attention to your work area........can't see when your back is to it.

Staff was very friendly
the 1st bed as you walk in had something red on the white comforter looked like blood or candy/juice whatever it was it was fresh and just made it feel gross. My kids noticed it and immediately took the comforter off the bed and used their own blanket.
Felt the price was very expensive for a one night stay.

It was right in the middle of the city.
Considering the price that we paid for one night, I should have had a jacuzzi in our room or a fire place. There wasn’t even a hot tub

Eggs did not taste good, the parking lot was not plowed after it snowed. I almost got stuck.

The breakfast was excellent! They had anything you could want.
The bathroom could use some updating. There was rust around the tub but the water pressure was great. The toilet could also use an update it was really low and I’m short. There was an open bar of soap left in the shower and a used coffee packet in the coffee maker.

Bathroom door wouldn't close. No room cleanup after first day. Didn't give me top floor as requested and 2nd night kids running above us til midnight or later. No liners in wastebaskets.

Location good, breakfast was good but ran out of food
The price was tremendously razed 250.00 a night and was totally not worth it- the quality inn next door was 92.00 had a hot tub, we didn’t even have that. Bs

The room was comfortable and basic. The staff were pleasant.
The card reader in the door or the key cards were defective. It worked ok when I checked in but when I returned late at night after my event, tired and needing to get in, neither of the keycards would work. A staff member/security helped by checking the cards at the desk and suggested I try them again in the door putting them in slowly. Again the cards wouldn't work. Finally, just as he arrived at my room to check on me, I finally got a green light and could get in, after about 30 minutes of frustration. In the morning, I didn't feel comfortable leaving the door locked again while I went down to the buffet so I had to leave it blocked open. Luckily I had a room on the top floor at the end of the hall with little to no traffic in the hall. Nothing was taken from my room. Another guest told me he had the same thing happen to him.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of options for breakfast. Room was clean and bed is comfortable.
There is no noise proofing between the hall and room, you can hear everything going on in hallways. Can be a bit difficult to get to if you don't know the area.

I was so impressed with this location. It was extremely clean, updated, breakfast selection was truly amazing, and staff was so friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!

The toiletries they supply are full size not little sample sizes wich is awesome for a family if you accidently for get yours at home !!! The continental breakfast was fonniamal!!! Such a wide variety of a selection !!! Right by the mall great location!!!

Our staff were very friendly and worked well with us when we needed to switch room assignments around.

So nice to have hot buffet breakfast again, after two years of Covid restrictions.
I forgot to bring my own pillow, I'm fussy that way. The hotel pillows were fine, just not my own pillow.
