A little dated but in good shape and clean

The chicken was awesome. The dayshift guy was a very nice. It was disappointed that everyone we talked to said they did not know how to work. The cappuccino machine in the bar was not open. I guess due to lack of enough staff.

The staff was very friendly and they had coffee ready for us when we had an early flight. Everyone was nice. I will stay there again when we travel. The price of the room was great too!

Espy the front desk attendant gave me directions to Cracker Barrel, only a half mile away. Recommended it over Waffle House.

Terrible, never again. When arrived TV didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, AC didn’t work throughout the night. Service was horrible. Breakfast was meh. Not worth it - find somewhere else.

Great place to stay! It was a whirlwind stay to attend preview day at my college. Your staff was friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was right on time. I will definitely recommend it and stay again.

The friendliest staff at any hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast bar was good.

Room was spacious, bathroom was small and had some hair on the floor. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was very loud, which made it hard to sleep. Had a fridge, kitchenette, seating area, two sinks.

We loved this play when it was a Hyatt Place. The maintenance isn’t the same, including a lukewarm shower.
When we asked if they could take a look at the lukewarm shower, a maintenance guy showed up. After declaring that there was hot water, I explained it never got beyond lukewarm. He shrugged and left. The toilet ran constantly. The price was very reasonable.

Vanity faucet needs work.
Coffee maker didn’t work, and coffee pods were not the correct size, anyway.

Nice facility with good staff, but the AC doesn’t work and when the front desk was told they already knew it was a problem with that room! (Why use that room?). The room was also pretty loud due to machinery on the roof outside the windows. Too bad, because otherwise it was a good place.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. My only concern was the cleanliness of the carpet, and the bathroom could use an update to current fixtures and better lighting.

Excellent breakfast choices. Nice and clean property with great amenities. Close to where I needed to be and with transportation to and from the airport. I will definitely start staying her regularly when I have trips in the Kansas City area

Property had a smell after the toilet would not flush and the bathtub would not drain. It was a sewer smell. Room was clean think they are having a problem with there drain system

The hotel is newer… Maybe it has been remodeled. Very clean. The hotel staff was efficient and professional and I felt safe staying here and will stay here again. There are a few quirky things about the room with the layout, which is no big deal. The electrical outlets were missing at the side of the bed so you could not charge your phone at your bed but you could across the room. Just weird things like that but overall, this is a wonderful hotel. breakfast does not start until 7 AM which was unfortunate because we needed to catch an earlier flight. But they did provide us a bag to take with us.

The check in person was really nice. Our room was nicely arranged with the sofa & kitchen area. Not sure if they keep hair dryers in each room but when I asked for one they did provide for me. Breakfast was good but seemed like they were running out of items & not sure if only one person was handling both breakfast and the front desk. Overall, I would consider going back
