Very friendly man when I checked in. A bonus was he showed me how to use the remote control that would be in the bedroom.most rooms on the lower floor. We use a Jacuzzi which was outside, but it was nice. Weather was great. The breakfast was very good for a small hotel. They had excellent breakfast choices.

Convenient location off I-70. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Numerous shops and restaurants walking distance from hotel... and downtown Frisco just 1 mile away. Breckenridge an easy drive 9 miles further down the same road.

Met our expectations perfectly. It was convenient to the highway. Lots of restaurants, grocery store etc nearby. Clean and comfortable.

This was a convenient location and having breakfast available at the hotel made it really easy to grab a bite and get started with our day. Staff was very friendly. Some sketchy clientele in the area and run down vehicles parked in the parking lot (whose parking spots are already way too small). But, aside from those things, it was pretty good overall. Would stay again.

Definitely not a dog friendly hotel, barely dog tolerant. Just a way for them to collect more money. Not allowed to even get a cup of coffee and the staff was not very friendly. But, the construction workers who get up at 5am can slam doors and be as loud as they want. Close to town though which was a plus but don't see myself staying here again.

Just stayed the night on the way thru. Obviously a well used hotel, good enough for a night

I loved the hot tub and the easy access to the lake, which was a short walk away. Thanks for a good night's sleep

It's a great dog friendly hotel! You can easily walk the lake Dillon and take your dogs swimming. Close to Breckenridge and Vail colorado. I've been twice and I plan to go again

The staff was not very kind, helpful or welcoming. My son and I felt we were interrupting them. The rooms are very small, not much has been updated. Very few amenities

Best Continental breakfast. Hot eggs, bacon and waffles. Plus, what you would expect.

Zero pride taken by staff. Plumbing in bathroom broken and dingy all around.

Location is nice. Clean room. Jacuuzis are dirty Safety issue- All 3 doors were open accessible from exterior at night. All night. Coffee person in morning tried to push me with her body away from coffee pots while I was pouring a cup of coffee. We’ve come for years but now will be trying other hotels.

It's a great location. It's a short walk to take your dog swimming. It's close to everything Summit County has to offer. Only thing I didn't like is no refrigerator or microwave in the room

Our room did not smell well. It had a horrible smoking smell

The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was nice. The bike trails to the lake was just accross the street.

The hotel is an older property. It does show its age a bit. Our room was cramped. The air conditioner didn’t really work; which upset us because we chose the place because we wanted AC. The beds are very used and uncomfortable as are the pillows. They were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was meek but typical. The young girl on duty when we checked in was as friendly but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly. The location was easy access and quiet. The shower head was nice. Stay away from the sketchy “hot tubs”

Carpet in room was dirty. Room and Bathroom needed updating. Back entrance door did not latch so didn’t need room key to enter but should have. Outdoor trash was always overflowing. Coffee was always cold and strong. Overall not happy with our stay.

A good value for the money and the location was great. My room was a bit dusty and tiny but otherwise the bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Definitely a good value for a quick stop in Frisco on a roadtrip with my dog. Make sure to check out the Dillon Reservoir trails literally steps from the hotel!

I have mixed reviews for my stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, 5 minutes to the highway, close to shops/dining and trails and beautiful views. The room was very clean and overall no complaints but could use a little TLC such as the toilet would barely flush and there was a loose tile that needed regrouted in the bathroom. Complaints, someone was smoking weed in their room and the smell was coming into my room, the pipes? are so loud that when someone took a shower later at night the sound in the walls rattling actually woke me up. The other complaint was breakfast. It was to start at 6 AM and we had a race on Saturday morning. When we went down nothing was out, no one was at the front desk and the food didn't start to show up until 6:15 but we needed to leave by 6:30. The coffee was brewing in the dining area so when it finished a friend put the lid on it so a we could get a cup, but a few minutes later the person that was to be putting breakfast out came in, saw we had put the lid on the coffee and picked it up storming out and dumped it all out. I thought a fist fight was going to ensue between the worker and our friend because he was so angry we had put the lid on the coffee. The worker insuated he had had a really bad night, but that was no reason for such unprofessional behavior.

I typically don't like Ramada hotels, as I have had some service issues with them in the past, however, this particular Ramada is the exception! The hotel is small, our 2 queen bed room was small, as well, but it was very clean, the staff was friendly, efficient and professional, plus the mattress I slept on was very comfortable! I rarely sleep well at hotels because the mattresses are so uncomfortable, but I got a full 8 hours of sleep at this Ramada hotel! The town of Frisco is my family's favorite Colorado mountain town. There is so much to do and see in this beautiful area. We will definitely stay at this gem of a hotel again!

A cute place to relax and view the surrounding environment as a stop over for us. Very friendly people and the comfort and breakfast were excellent. Pet Friendly, too. That area could be improved a bit.
