It was quiet we requested a king and got 2 full beds. The shower curtain had dirt on the inside and the beds were uncomfortable

We got stuck in a handicap unit, no counter space. Not cleaned very well. Television selection was minimal.

Room service never came and we were there 3 nights. Had to ask front desk for toilet paper and more towels (front desk was amazing).
A dog was barking a few rooms down from us for a lot of the day.

My go to and favorite is Hampton Inn. As for
This Hampton Inn was perfect. Great location right off the I-205. It is nestled off the main road that has a BJ brewing restaurant right next door, and several choices for other places to eat in walking distance with the West Valley mall walking distance as well if someone likes shopping. As typical for Hampton Inns, it was quiet, comfortable beds, clean, darkening window shades, great A/C, fabulous shower soaps and conditioner, and friendly staff. I’m putting this one on my remember to stay again list.

The staff is wonderful. Very professional and accommodating.
The elevator needs better ventilation and air conditioning. It has a bad order that smells like a moldy basement.

Overall, we were greatly disappointed with the experience. We travel a lot and like to stay at Hampton Inn because of a certain level of quality we have learned to expect. This was far below par. The room was just ok. The bathroom had repairs that were evident to detract from the renovation work that was done to it. My fridge wasn’t working and had to have maintenance come fix it with a maybe it would work and if not we could use the employee fridge for my husband’s insulin since they couldn’t get us another one. The breakfast was not appetizing and don’t ask me how hard boiled eggs can go wrong. Overall, I’m scoring a 3 only because there were a couple of front desk clerks that were nice. Just disappointing

Checked in and found out internet was down. Had to have maintanence open our door. They charged us $12 to park our car there even though there was plenty of spaces and in a shopping area. Kinda ridiculous.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience. The rooms were always clean and ready upon arrival, making for a very welcoming atmosphere. The service at this hotel is exceptional; the staff are not only friendly but also very professional, ensuring that every need is met promptly and with a smile. I also had a situation where I forgot a few personal items, and the staff kept them safe until I could retrieve them, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this hotel provides a top-notch experience with its cleanliness, excellent service, and attentive staff. Highly recommended!

Our bathroom door is off the hinge a bit so rubbed. Made a loud noise opening and closing: the room had a musty smell. Great area and friendly lady at the desk.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Check in was easy they knew exactly who I was and it was very easy. Rooms were nice quiet and clean. Staff was helpful for everything I needed told me about good restaurants nearby. Definitely stay here again if I’m in the area again

Service was great. Very clean. The room did not have much lighting. Only by the beds and a small desk lamp. It needs a larger floor lamp, maybe 2. Also the room we stayed in was for handicap. the bathroom was made to get a wheel chair all the way around the sink. Problem with that is there was no counter space to put your toiletries. Not even any shelves or cabinets.

Fire alarm went off at 8 am "because of the rain" so don't stay here if it's wet out!
Also, pool closed until further notice, gym was closed, and ice machine broken.
I was eating breakfast and instead of letting me know they were closing down, staff just switched the lights off without saying a word wth.

It was an old room that needed cleaning badly! There were marks all over the bathroom door and the fan was full of dust and dirt. The body wash was empty. No option to pay cash at the end of our stay, very disappointing would never stay there again!

Great hotel with very friendly staff and great service. Plenty of food and services all around for convenience too. There's a construction fence in the same parking lot, as if there will be construction starting close by.

Worst bed I ever slept In. Woke up with a backache.It was like sleeping on a board.Noisy at night with people talking loudly In the hallway at 11:30 through 2:30 AM Pillows were like q tips,too soft (Maybe to make up for the hard bed) Mix up at check In as I was told I didn't have a reservation. Took about 20 minutes to resolve.
