Location was good for what we were looking for

Customer service was not the best called the front desk for an argument in the room next door and no answer had to go down to the office to wake up host

Comfy bed & pillows, staff was quick to help & very helpful, nice breakfast. AMAZING sunset view of the hills from my westside room with a wide cushioned window seat, also could enjoy from bed.

Renovating 1/2 the hotel so elevator was out of order.

When finished it will look nice. Location was good

The hallways were 90 degrees and the room was never under 76 degrees. My family was sweating at night. The manager needs to get with the contractors doing the remodel and learn how to isolate the hallways under construction from the guests hallways. Hang viscxqeen for a temporary wall or something. All of the windows of one wing of the motel were open 24-7 and it was 100 degrees outside. The doors were removed from said rooms causing all that hot air to occupy the guest area. Miserable conditions for the price we paid. The elevator was out of service as well as the fitness room. They couldn’t even offer a requested fan to offset the hot rooms. This would have been expected for a $50 a night shack, but not worthy of a Windham property through booking.com.
