The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were old no decor, with no pictures, very plain. The grout on the bathroom floor was filthy. We were there a few days . We managed but mediocre at best

The Internet quality was poor and spotty. Also, they blast the volume of the lobby TV at all hours making it difficult to ignore for many rooms.

My stay required an accessible room with roll in shower. I was not given a room with roll in shower. Facility only had one room as such and it was taken. I requested a shower chair and it was also unavailable. Hotel not very accommodating when it comes to disabled wheelchair users.

Came home from vacation ant 9pm and AC was broken went to this hotel in a panic needing a place to stay the night with our kids. The front desk help was so amazing and helpful. As a local we found our new emergency place to stay! Thank you again

This property did not have elevator so was hard to get bags up to room

I informed the desk about a bedbug I found and I showed them a picture. They were going to speak with management and i have yet to hear from them

The front desk staffer, Theresa was fantastic. The room was clean but there was an odor in the room. There was a large noisey air purifier in the room. Very convenient area to food & beach.

I didn’t stay. When we got there they said I had to make a 150 deposit. I left and went to red roof. I’ve never been charged a deposit on top of paying the room charge ! I should not have a charge at all for Quality Inn

Very run down. Room was marginal, staff was indifferent, breakfast was poor, no daily cleaning. Good location, convenient. Some staff better than others.

Hotel was fine for a short visit with family. Staff very nice. Bed very comfortable.

When we got to our room there was a broom and a pillow case left in our room. The next morning at breakfast they only served sausage and your only other choice was waffles or cereal

It was a little dirty and needs a total refresh. Front desk staff were very pleasant and i enjoyed talking with them.

I enjoyed breakfast but wish they had eggs too and wish the water machine was available all day. Room was comfortable bed. The hair dryer didn't really work. It's old but was clean

The Staff was not friendy. As you walk by the front desk, there was no hello or how are u. and even check in. I asked for a first floor room .. but the Clerk..said all book and not availabile.. did not say sorry or try to accomodate. I understand if they had a full hotel,but they checked someone in right before as a walk in for first floor. When I checked out, the clerk says thanks and that its.. Did not say how the stay or offer a receipt. The property was average. The hair dry in the bathroom had hair all over it. It was not from our hair. I have have hotel experience and I work in Customer service.

I assumed choosing a lowcost property meant it would still be nice but just not have lots of "extras". I felt this property was somewhat dirty and just not kept well. The front desk personnel wasnt the best depiction of "good service ". There was evidence of possible bedbugs so we quickly left the property afyer being offered "a different room".

There was mold in the bathroom and water stains on the ceiling above the beds. There were stains on the carpet.

Such a cozy and comfortable place to stay. It was clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

It appeared some remodeling had been done and the room was packed with some of the old furnishings. The TV was barely mounted and could not be adjusted and one of the bedside lights was missing. I had to ask for the black mold spores on the AC unit to be wiped off. The shower is like a pod and the head height is low. I'm only 5'8" and had to bend my head to wash my hair, so you can imagine my partner at 6'4" had a few nights of difficult showers. Breakfast was okay. There were never any eggs, just slightly dried out sausge patties. The waffles were alright though. They had no breakfast attendant during our stay so the room was frequently dirty and needing restocked. Our room was at the end of the poolside of the hotel and the stairwell frequently smelled of cigarette smoke as that was where the employees would take their smoke breaks. Room service was hit or miss. They had a sign on the front desk letting guests know that they were short staffed. So if you needed clean towels you had to come get them yourself and you had to handle your own trash.
