Average at best. Security doors were propped open with rocks. Very small common areas. No parking in front of hotel.

I chose the Best Western for both my stay and that of my two brothers because of its access to route 55 I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very polite and personable staff. The room was clean the hotel was quiet which I really like. I felt safe even while parking in the parking lot and walking to the hotel. The air conditioning was fantastic which is really important to me because I like it cold when I sleep. Everything about the property was just right.

Came in after attending a funeral and a family reunion the gentlemen at the check in made me very uncomfortable I advised him how many guest that was staying. When my guest and visitors came in he stated that only 4 people to a room which we understood. He then called up to the room not even 5 mins later saying we will be asked to leave if everyone stay. I didn't understand why he called the room if we already understood the policy. I'm not sure if he was trying to pick an issue or was simply discriminating. Made me very uncomfortable I explained to him that we are a family and we have kids with us ages 2-11 .We are in town so if we want to have visitors and guest then we can as long as no more than 4 people SLEEP in the room. It's not rocket science we get it and we understood from the jump. I'm not sure if the guest service agent is used to dealing with people over crowding a room or what have you. But the way he went about it was very discomforting especially at a time like this. This was my first time visiting this hotel from Texas and I will never return.

Front dest guy was always looking at you every time we walked in was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Also very rude they really need to work on there people skills.

I only minor complaints, and it isn't a big deal. The side door keyed entry only worked part of the time. The front desk kept telling us we were demagnetizing our cards, but there were many guests having the same problem. Also, it was a sold out hotel and they were not keeping up with the breakfast foods. I felt they were being cheap and cooking the minimum. Look at your guest numbers, plan ahead and don't make us wait 15 minutes for sausage.

Pool was terrible Food was terrible The refrigerator broke and spoiled our food And management didn’t take care of it

Overall, it was a great stay. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower were really nice They definitely have to improve on their breakfast, but the coffee made up for it.

The A/C/heat was very hard to adjust and the vents blew directly at the bed. The vents were adjustable, but when you aimed the in a different direction they would always return to blowing directly onto the bed

Upon arrival I was hit with a "$100 smoking" deposit that I did not know about, he told me it was because I booked with Expedia. It was 9pm I did not have the energy to argue. The person at the desk said my room number out loud, not something I am used to. You enter at the front, park at the back and use a key to get into a side door, key fob for side door did not work, had to enter through the main lobby. Room older, I had 2 queen beds one had top sheets with what was once blood and they attempted to bleach out. The easy chair in the room was dirty and stained. No grab bars near or in the shower.

Very unhelpful management. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Nice and clean

The bathrooms were clean. The bedding felt like it was dirty. The area was safe. Nothing to worry about the floors in this place must be super thin because it sounded like the people above us we’re having an estate sale, Breakfast was less than desirable save yourself some time just drive down the street to one of the local Dunkins. The yogurt was expired. Instant eggs, of course, in the seating, and there was super tight. Just beware of the $100 holding fee for security deposit.
