Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt is in a prime location with the board walk across the street. Beautiful water views and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant which we had breakfast and dinner with windows all around. Bonus was the pool with amazing views and we had the place to ourselves, it felt like a spa! The only negative was that our room was on the corner where the bus stop was so it was noisy, only when the windows were open. Other than that, would Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price we paid. Reception staff were not very friendly. This hotel is highly overrated. Carpet in the room was full of stains and bubbled in areas. There was black mold in the corners of tub walls. Hotel is very old and needs refurbishing.

The outside of the hotel did not appeal to me at all. The inside is very nice. Parking can be difficult. One of my party has Celiac disease and cannot each a lot of items. The restaurant was very unhelpful and told her she should have called ahead for items such as rice cakes etc. Also the menu does not accurately show non wheat items or dairy.

The Puerto Montt abba Hotel is on the water front designed around an interesting nautical theme. It was clearly built many years ago, but has been well kept and is very comfortable. The staff is exceptional with their knowledge of the area and help and guidance in answering questions. The included breakfast has a nice variety and is served on the 8th floor restaurant with views of the surroundings. Some of the rooms don't have the best views, but overall it is a good value.

Habitaciones grandes con vista al mar. Personal super amable. Fue algo difícil de encontrar, no hay señales tan grandes del hotel y Pto Montt tiene calles pequeñas. Podrían mejorar el desayuno ya que los huevos estaban algo negros.

this is our second time staying in this hotel.
It's a great place to stay. Very comfortable, classic design, very good view to the coast, and centralized. Rooms are very roomy, with walk-in closet, and full kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave). Our room had a hot tub which was very nice. The parking structure is great, safe, and included. You can walk to the center of the city and along the coast. The mall and restaurants are minutes walking.
Breakfast is good, with a great view from the top of the hotel.
Also the roof-top pool is warm with great views to the city.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Overall quality hotel for a great price.

The hotel staff were exemely helpful in srranging tours and always very courteous. The suggestion of one staff member enabled us to spend the day most enjoyably on our own after a last-minute tour cancellation. The hotel lobby, decorated with actual nautical instruments and model sailing ships is beautiful. Nothing we did not like.

The hotel is centrally located with shops and restaurants nearby and about 5-minute walking from the bus terminal. The hotel's staff is helpful and breakfast is very good. The room is spacious and in great condition. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a great vacation in Chile.

Large 2 room suite with great view of the harbor, with comfortable queen bed. Conveniently located near center of town, and check in place for the Navimag ferry to Puerto Natales. Not too much to do in the town, but pleasant accommodations.

As you pull up to this hotel, it looks aweful compared to what I am used to being referred to as 4 out of 5 stars. However once inside it is a different picture. Great service, clean, comfortable. Word of advice make sure you take a wide turn to get into the parkade, very tight.

Our stay was great! The only fault was the kitchenette not being very well stocked with utensils etc so cooking would be difficult.

The hotel has a great location on the sea boulevard. It is quite spaciois but in need of a make-over. The rooms are dark and the bathroom old. Bonuses are a good restaurant looking over the water and a swimming pool

This is a very nice hotel, with big and comfortable rooms, just slightly dated. It is in a great location and it is easy to walk to some of the main attractions of Pt. Montt. We enjoyed our stay!

This modern hotel was excellent on all levels. The location had good views of the sea,was close to the town centre and walking distance from the bus station. The staff were welcoming and spoke excellent English. Our suite was spacious and well equipped. The beds deliciously comfortable. We had lunch there and it was great, freshly cooked and good value. Having the pool was a treat. On the top floor of the hotel, it was bright and pleasant. The pool was small but still possible to swim in. The breakfast buffet was the best we've had in 3 weeks in Argentina/Chile. Rooms on the front inevitably have some traffic noise if you like your window open. I could happily have stayed longer. Thank you.

This hotel is right on the beachfront in the middle of town. From the outside it isn't very impressive, but on the inside it's very nice. Our room was quite comfortable. Some of the staff spoke english which helped.

The hotel has a very nice location in Providencia, in a very well kept suburban area. The staff try to be pleasing and nice. Daily breakfast is very good. The room is like a little apartment, but needs renewal of towels, shower curtain, furniture upholstery and the cleanliness is just enough. The drawers in the closet were dusty.
