Overall a great stay, but would have liked a microwave in the room.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, good coffee, great bathroom. And we had a nice balcony with table and chairs which we used often.

We were very pleased with the hotel and staff. The mattress could have been better, but that was it.

Overall, the facility was nice. Some of the staff lacked personality, and some were very inviting. There was a slight musty odor, and the suite needs some trim work around one of the windows, but the facility was pretty decent. The restaurant attached was definitely nice, and the food was very good. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart, which was very nice.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and my least favorite so far. It was fine, nothing special. At first I was given a room on the 4th floor that was dark with a view of the drab rooftop air conditioning systems and pigeon poop. I asked to change rooms and was moved to the 12th floor which was better, but not what I had come to expect. I realized I didn't book the "park view" room like I normally do. That was a mistake. For only a few extra dollars the park view makes all the difference in how you perceive your stay at the Paramount. The room could've used some TLC, as the furniture was a bit worn, but the bed was comfy and it had a soaking tub which I used nightly. This hotel DESPERATELY needs room service. They do have two restaurants in house and you can order food to go, but it's not the same as room service... Otherwise this is a good hotel, though it's getting a little more pricey than competing hotels of similar quality.

Parking will be expensive. The hotel offers valet parking at $59 per day.

Hotel is very nice but they only provided room service once for a 4 night stay and didn't do a thorough job the one time they did clean. I expected more.

Great room, nice soaking tub and shower. Nice restaurant and bar in hotel. Convenient to walk places. Unfortunate that they charge a destination fee. Can park in a secure garage 1 block away that is less than half the price the hotel charges.

We are a family of 3 with 1 teenager. We got the double queen room and it was super spacious. The staff was very professional and prompt with any requests. The hotel is centrally located and there are so many dining optipns. Kinokuniya bookstore and Nordstrom are literally across the street. The hotel only has valet parking so take that into account when booking so you will not be surprised by the final bill. For us, it was still very reasonable since we only paid around 1200 CAD for 5 days 4 nights stay - including the cost of valet parking.

I liked the location of the property. I didn’t like that there were some housekeeping issues in my room.

First time in Portland. The Paramount left an incredible first impression. Would definitely return there when I visit again.

Inexpensive, however area didn't have alot going on.. had to walk a ways to Pearl district ..will stay there next time..

The staff is excellent. Both the bar and restaurant are really good. The staff in both of those are really great too. The hotel location and our room with the patio, excellent! We had a great time in Portand.

We arrive around 5:30 pm There was no indication where was the valet parking . Building is in good location but old and not up to modern standards . Cost of valet parking is bit ridiculous $59 per night.

Pretty good stay we had

The Hotel was very nice. However there are some quirky things to be dealt with. I wasn't a fan of the key card to use the elevator situation and there were a few things needing updated. Overall a nice place to stay. Great bed! But the carpet in the room was filthy.

The hotel was beautiful. The room felt a little tired. The carpet in the room needed cleaning or replacing. Fir comfort for two people we would have needed two comfy chairs.

Great location! Walkable to all kinds of restaurants and shops. Only thing I would really change is the pillows but that's very minor.

I stayed at this hotel because the hotel for the conference I was attending was booked. The hotel was really quite lovely. It was in a great location, was very clean and quiet -- and cheaper than the conference hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Really a great place to stay. There is a restaurant on site but never ate there so can't comment on that.

The location and hotel were overall excellent. The staff was amazingly attentive. Eric saved our trip. We accidentally dropped our keys in a restaurant and couldn’t get to them until opening, which would have killed our day’s plans. Eric personally went to the restaurant with me and was able to get them to open up for us and get us our keys. Such a great person, and representative of the hotel.
