There was debris in the hallway right next.to.my room. I needed to rest before my trip so i.didnt complaint because inwas inly going to be there a few hours. I hate paying for hotels.

Although my reservation was confirmed, and I drove all the way to the hotel there were no rooms available. This was a giant disappointment, and the dinner that I purchased to eat in my room grew cold while I looked for another hotel.

Overall, we slept well. The room could be updated. The kitchen cabinets were damaged. The tub is permanently dingy. The continental breakfast was less than continental if that makes sense. I don’t expect to have a full course meal, but there should be more options.

Well to start i booked with a 3rd party, as i wanted my uaw 60% off er night. (Expedia) Check-in was @3pm and checkout is 11am next morning.....my family and I was behind due to traffic and when we finally arrived at hotel, we were told that they didnt have any clean rooms available for me.....i didnt arrive at hotel until 1.5hrs past check-in time. So when i was told no rooms were available i was kind of upset. I then ask well how long for a clean room, and i was told 20 minutes....so we decide to sit in car for 20 minutes only tobmy surprise. The room still was not ready.....im short we did not check into our room until a qurter past 7pm.....i reserved a room to be available @3pm at check-in time. Not only did i arrive 1.5 hours later than check-in time but there was no room readily accessible for me and my family until 7:15 pm and then still wanted there punk ass 50 dollar deposit....being that i had already paid for the room i didnt want to go elsewhere because i would have lost out on my funds because the hotel refused to refund my money...not even half of it....the staff seems nonchalant about my concerns and seemed to lack knowledge about the job they were tasked to perform

I booked a deluxe suite queen bed. The bed was a double, the mattress was horrible, one side was well worn and you kept falling into your partner. The kitchen area was very old, dishwasher wouldn't close. No coffee maker, no dishes to use in the kitchenette. Very small space. Didn't even open my room and went back to ask for a different room as there were children screaming, they were on the second floor and could hear them in the lobby. They gave us another room, and on day two after 10pm they screaming again. Very loud, doors slamming at all hours. Breakfast was not good at all. Little choice, overcooked, and understocked. Waited for refill on break and coffee took a long time. Our experience was not good at all.

The room we had was filthy from floor to ceiling. The floors were sticky with bugs and debris in corners, beds had hair on them and haven’t been moved in months to clean behind them. There were multiple broken electrical outlets, and the halls smelled like marijuana smoke. This place shouldn’t be in business!

Our feet stuck to the very dirty floor & the curtains were broken so we pinned them together. The staff was great, friendly & super helpful. No ice machine available.

Not a single trash can in our hotel room, not enough pillows, bed was uncomfortable, weird stains on the walls. Not enough toiletries. Customer service was good.

I have been staying at this hotel for quite some time. I even stayed there for a month once. Had to find out the hard way that they are far better than Extended Stay University Drive! Out of the two, this is where I will be doing my business with from here on our!

I asked a few times if I could switch rooms because I notice when I book a room with them through hotels.com I always get a nasty room with this extended stay on featherstone in Aurburn hills

Dirty from carpet to ceiling. Smelled like grease and mildew. Door to the room had to be kicked open every time. Toilet paper roll detached from the wall. Shower was a joke, lava hot or burning hot water only due to shower handle being broken. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The staff were all very helpful and nice! They were quick to help me with a key issue. The room was spacious and it was easy to get in and out. Unfortunately, my room smelled so heavily of smoke that my clothed reeked of it after one night, even though it was supposed to be a no smoking room.

The room was completely filthy. The bed was lumpy but when we pulled out the sleeper couch, it was disgusting. The bed had stains and dried blood and crumbs from food in it. Under it were used tissues. It was so bad, we left and found a different hotel.
