Overall a nice hotel. However, there was definitely people smoking on the 3rd floor. The cigarette and weed smell was strong!! I don’t think I will choose this again.

The refrigerator did not work. Had ice cream so the front desk put in there freezer.
Other than that the room was great.

When we checked in they didn’t have the room we booked. The front desk lady was very nice and apologized and upgraded our room at no additional charge. The couch had stains all over it. The pull out mattress was basically like sleeping on the springs, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The bed mattress was rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable. We were going to let our kids go swimming in the pool but the water was disgusting. It was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom step of the ladder going into the shallow end of the pool!

This is an older hotel, the lobby is updated but the pool and rooms need work. The hot tub didn't appear to be functioning properly. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Location was great for highway access, close to downtown Springfield and all the attractions.

We were only there for an overnight after a game. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was great. Breakfast are was very good. Friendly staff and they kept it well stocked.

From the check in to the check out was amazing! The receptionist who checked us in and then out was amazing! She was funny and very informative. When we come back to Springfield we will definitely stay here.

The room was super nice and clean. The hotel has a hot tub and a pool that are both very nice. It is a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel. All the staff i met were super nice. We will be staying here again!!

My husband and I went to the Illinois state fair and stayed here .the location is handy to get to off the highway and there are a few restaurants around. Staff was great. The hotel and room itself was clean. The pool was clean but the room the pool is in could use a rehab . That’s my one and only complaint .

Only thing I can think of is, they wete out of milk for breakfast. But I did not need it as I like my coffee which they had plenty of.

Thecsheets we asked for to make up the sleepwr sofa had "brown spots" all over them. The breakfast service was horrendous. Could not keep the food or coffee filled. Even the coffee pot in lobby was empty. When I Sked about more coffee they said they were brewing some. Not sure why you aren't brewing coffee ahead of time when it's 8:30 on a Sunday morning?? The only thing available to eat at 8am wwere eggs and 1 piece of wheat bread. There was also gravy but no biscuits until about 15-20 minutes later. By far, the worst breakfast service I've ever encountered!

Stay was ok. The place could use some deep cleaning or updating. Check out is 11am, and they were pounding on the door to turn over the room by 9:40am. We said we weren't quite ready yet. At 10:20am, the cleaning lady just walked right in, unannounced, just as I was getting dressed. A knock would've been nice.

I have to say this is the place to stay if your ever visiting or travelin thru… staff is above and beyond friendly and welcoming. I definitely would stay here again and I recommend you do the same.

Room was nice but needs some furniture cleaning. The couch had several big stains, so my husband and I didn’t want to sit on it and ended up watching tv in bed.

Smelled strongly of mold and old motel. Sheets and towels were very clean and fresh. Bed sagged. Did not use the pull-out couch bed because it was grimy. Stay was ok for one night but wouldn’t have stayed another night if I could avoid it.

The kids loved the pool…it was hot but I’m sure just the humidity and outside heat combined with the pool temp.

I stayed with my 7 and 18 year old boys, husband and mother from July 3rd-5th.
The hotel has plenty of parking, the room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My teenager washed a load and worked out both days while the rest of us enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool.
I only wish the free breakfast had ended at 10am because the beds were so comfy, we missed it both mornings.

I enjoy staying here when I visit family in Springfield. The place is clean and well maintained. Staff are helpful and the breakfast always has protein options (eggs, yogurt, bacon or sausage).

We visited my sibling and vacated for several days with my children. We had a great time! The hotel is closed nearly everything! We had a minor issue with the sofa bed upon arrival but the staff was nice.
The pool and hot tub amenities were awesome. We will stay there again.
