Room was pretty clean. Beds comfortable. Noise was minimal. Breakfast was ok on the first day, but by the third day the food was being recycled. Juice watered down, hard boiled eggs were dry, bagels were stale and the was only 3 cups of yogurt at 8:00.

The reason I chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Their free shuttle starts at 8am. They arranged a taxi for me, which was very kind. It cost $30 for an 8 minute drive. Other than that, it met my needs.

The room itself was good, but the facility was not walkable at all, so other than a Burger King with poor service, there weren't many choices. The most disappointing part was that the airport shuttle doesn't start until 8:40am so i had to get an Uber. Finding the number to get the shuttle from the airport was frustrating too. This place is a good value of you have your own car.

A little run down in my opinion. Toilet seat was not secured properly. Light sconce between the beds did not work. Very, very quiet! We thought we would hear jets from the airport but we did not.

They were supposed to hold only 100$ security deposit for that night but what they actually did they took the money off my credit card and changed my card still have not returned my security deposit they are thefts

Really loved my stay. Super easy to get to. Staff are super kind and helpful, the rooms are huge and the beds are comfy. Looove the pillows! I got there by taxi due to my late arrival and it was only $15.
Highly recommend them and I will sure if I ever come back this way I will book their rooms!

Pictures did not match the property condition. Rooms appeared clean but upon entering the room, we were hit with damp moldy stale air that only minimally improved with turning on the air. The sheets felt damp because of it and only got worse worth the AC on. It bothered my asthma. They did offer to change our room but most likely it would be the same so we switched hotels and will most likely have to eat the cost.

Rooms are clean and spacious, with sufficient outlets for charging. We have stayed here numerous times, and the staff are always pleasant and responsive. Breakfast is simple but adequate. The rooms are a bit dated, but offer great value accommodations.

A good stay in a comfortable room. I liked the suite.
In the common areas the public bathroom was out of soap and out of towels, and in the hallway, the hand sterilizer was out of liquid.

This is an airport hotel that has an airport shuttle that starts at 8:15am. So if you fly before 10am you must take a cab. Curtains were tear up in the room, coffee machine uncleaned. Terrible experience.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient from Dulles Airport-supposedly with shuttle access from airport. Because of concerns about my family arriving separately, I began to call front desk 3 days in advance. While day and night desk staff were friendly and helpful, I had frequent challenges to get a hold of night desk until given a different number than originally provided-then it was easier to reach night desk clerk. I expressed concerns for this impacting my ability to arrange for an evening shuttle for pick up at airport and was repeatedly told 'not to worry'. When flight landed and family called to arrange for shuttle- they were unable to get through to the desk and therefore not able to arrange for shuttle. Luckily, I was on I-95 south and able to divert over to airport to pick up my son at airport. Disappointed in shuttle service and accessibility to desk staff in evening.

Property is old and can be felt with some strange smell in corridor. There were mosquitos around and in room. Rooms can be better lit. Receptionist who greeted us was awesome. Later during checkout, I had to wait for nearly 10 mins to return the key, With flight to catch, I left keys and rushed.

The hotel is okay, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was easy. I didn't like that there weren't many food options, and I had the same food every day for three days. Also, the airport shuttle didn't run very often, so I had to use Uber to get to the airport.
