Very friendly staff!

All the staff was helpful and room is excellent

I had a very pleasant evening there, very close to the beach.

I love this place

To start all the pictures are from probably the time this hotel was built, do not reflect the actual condition. Worse hotel ever for noise, noise from everywere and all day and night, the flush or shower from the side or up rooms were unbeliaveble high like a water fall+fan at same time, when sleeping this noise was waking us up and scaring. Pool cold and furniture all ripped. Bathroom was full of mold and mildew and with a heavy odor. beds were so used that became flat. the service room did a poor job on the cleaning, I payed way too high price for this cheap hotel. definetly do not recommend.

The check in was easy and fast. The room did have a good air flow on the A/C and we had to call maintenance. Also, it was very annoying not being able to have friends or family over. Also it would be easier and faster getting the towels at the pool on the rooftop instead of having to go to the front desk to pickup and drop off the towels.

I didn't like this property at all I didn't like management. I left the property 2 days early to go back home . I really didn't trust the employees not calling on name I feel that they was a little racist towards me. Yeah I said

I was charged for a coffee that I did not drink at the rooftop Café. And they charged me for a small bottle of water when I checked out even though I told them that I had been charged for the coffee . Other than that my stay was very pleasant. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating and friendly . We tipped them every day. We had the room facing the street so it could get loud for some people.

This is a top hotel! I don't quite understand the negative reviews left. It's at least a four-star hotel and is excellent with staff, reception, and restaurant services. There are always several receptionists on duty, along with several porters. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and serves many local dishes, along with the more traditional. The hotel has granite floors throughout and a wonderful panoramic view of Copacabana. I did upgrade my room once I got there and was so glad I did. Also appreciated the fact that I could take the stairs to my room which were impeccably kept. Everything was clean and high-end. I would definitely stay here again and felt safe and well-served throughout the 8 days I stayed here.

The hotel needs some refreshment it’s outdated and the rooms are very small The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure The location is very good near Copacabana Beach

Good location close to beach, lots of bars & restaurants close by, helpful staff & great breakfast.

Check-in and check-out experience is very long, but the staff is very kind and accommodating. A/C in the rooms is good, nice hot showers and toiletries provided, comfortable beds. Close to the beach and many restaurants.

Pleasant hotel, on a good location for a fare price. Contacts with staff very mixed. From extremely rude and unprofessional at the roof top bar to most of the time very cooperative at the reception.

Poor service

Good hotel friendly staff if honest I thought it was a bit pricey for food and drinks. Rooms clean no issues I would recommend but be mindful of food drink pricing

If you are staying one night, then. it's fine. Lobby is updated, when you go to the room, you are back into 1980, wall paper is peeling off the walls in 4 places, seriously they can use glue ,my room #215. FREE breakfast was fine. Sleep eat and leave

Hotel was average at the best. Location semi good. Amenities nothing special. Staff barely spoke English. Room wasn’t the cleanest and bed was not comfortable. Overall not the best experience.

The worst beds, very noisy, you can hear your neighbors alarm ring, and cleaning lady noisy. On purpose I think. Staff Overly concerned about who you are bringing into the room with you. Chill

The internet strength was frustrating essentially when trying to book activities and the internet dropped. Also, one evening after a drink on the rooftop terrace, we were disturbed around 10 p.m. by staff needing us to resign for our drinks because of a "system" issue. We were woken. Why this couldn't wait untill morning is beyond us. Anyways, it was rude and annoying. The terrace was nice

This hotel is in bad shape. The rooms are in need of a total make over. The rooms are very noisy: we heard everything from 2 rooms down (as we didn't have direct "neighbours"). Flushing the toilet, closing curtains, using the shower, closing the doors, talking, TV etc. Very, very bad. The pool bar is good, breakfast buffet is limited.

Easy transportation from here to all attractions in Rio de Janeiro

Dated property and uncomfortable bed. Area is pretty desirable however can be a bit unsafe late at night. Close to the beach and staff is nice. I do wish I had spent more to stay somewhere else though because the bed was very uncomfortable. My partner and I are in our early thirties and it was tough for us.
