We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit New York! The rooms are large and always super clean! The staff is always very welcoming and friendly! We love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby and love the shuttle service to and from the airport. Hotel location is extremely convenient for the Subway or Bus stations. Highly recommend this hotel!

I just needed a place to stay during an overnight layover. The courtesy shuttle service to and from the airport was exactly what I needed. The room condition was good but not great. Heating did the job.

We checked in after 10pm and the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer! There was only pne parking spot left, and it was a tight fit. When one of the gentlemen at the front desk heard me mention it, he instantly offered up his personal parking spot. I thought that was the nicest offer. We had a clean, comfortable room as well. We have stayed here several times when heading to the airport. It has always been a good experience.

Very comfortable and convenient airport hotel. Some noise from planes, which you would expect given proximity to airport. Breakfast room had lots of options. Room was very clean and partially updated.

I asked for information on the shuttle to the airport for my morning flight, was given the wrong time and not told i needed to sign-up. Morning front desk clerk was extremely rude and didn’t offer any help on what was there mistake. I picked this hotel for the proximity to the airport and it's shuttle service. Had to get an Uber so i wouldn't miss my flight. Won't stay here again.

Room was partially updated. Bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom and fixtures could be updated. Shower small. TV was too small and old for room (32 inch probably 10yrs old)
The big issues were SLOW check in, guy seemed flustered and unsure of what he was doing. Longest check in I have ever experienced and I travel visiting 20+ hotels a year. The smell that hit as we opened the room door, overuse of room deodorants. It was too much and over powering. Made it uncomfortable. We stayed only one night just to be close to the airport before flight.

I am 18. Nowhere, before booking did it say you needed to be 21 to stay at propoerty. The emailed confirmation did show this, but knowing the trip was confirmed i did not look at the emailed receipt. With out notification, they canceled my reservation, so when i showed up after a 4 hour flight delay, they said i couldnt stay there. They sent me to a sister property and said in order to stay they needed a $30 non refundable cash deposit which also cost me $5 in fees. SKETCHY!!! My mother called to discuss her displeasure and the manager was completely rude and couldnt care less even said "lets not start this today".

Friendliest spot in SeaTac. The staff is top notch friendly and helpful. Simple room was all I needed for a quick overnight stay with early AM departure.

Good location with breakfast and shuttle to airport. Clean and there is an IHOP next to the building. It was a great 12 hour lay over option.

This was a very short stay. Got in late, left early. Room was clean. Shower was great! Bed was nice. The room was small but perfect for one person. I would stay there again. I would like to see it in the daytime. The staff was friendly.

It took three calls and over an hour to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but my husband had a migraine and I needed to get him to the hotel ASAP. Once we arrived I apologized for being a Karen👍 The staff was very friendly. I signed up for the shuttle for the cruise and found out the next day it didn’t go through. The hotel called us a shuttle and told us it would $25 pp. After the shuttle dropped us off at the use the driver told us it was $50.00 per person! Just verify before you get on a cruise shuttle! Othewise it was a nice place to stay and the breakfast was good. Again, I apologize to the staff if I acted ugly.

The bed was super comfortable. The lobby and room smelled musty. There was a fight in front of the lobby doors between a guest an a homeless man that was high.

The delay for the shuttle was understandable(terrible traffic), but frustrating because i flew to Seattle for a scheduled event. After my first call to the hotel I realized I hadn't clarified what time to anticipate shuttle arrival and called back. "Cindy" the receptionist was great in allaying my fears and giving me that estimate. Perhaps offer that info on initial call?

Omg! Walked in and room was great. On my bed was 2 swans made from towels. Flower made with tp and kleenex. So wonderful and absolutely awesome!

Rooms are outdated. There’s a smell , muggy like.
Shower is good it’s just need a good scrubbing.
Man at the front desk was very nice.

Rooms don’t match the pictures. Said non smoking but room smelt like cigarettes. Walked into lobby and garbage all over waiting area and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in years. Super unhappy. Checked in and went to room and left within 5 minutes and booked elsewhere. They would not refund me. Didn’t feel comfortable staying there with two small children.

Our room was next to business center and ice machine. Heard no noises. There HVAC system was quiet and ran consistent. No on and off. Good night sleep!

The property was good and very close to the airport. I like the free courtesy airport shuttle. Will definitley consider staying here again when visiting Seattle again.

The room was very clean and the beds were pleasantly comfy. The one thing was the noise level, they're was a couple outside arguing after 1am and the noise from the planes was extremely loud, but considering it was almost next door from the airport, you'd think they'd make the rooms and little more sounds proof. It was a quick one night stay and id probably there again.

We stayed one night and felt it was a good location for our very early morning flight. The room was very comfortable and quiet for a good night of sleep.

Stayed here two single nights and it was fine on both occasions. Near to the airport and car rental locations. Plane noise might annoy some people but to us it was okay. Room was adequate although another chair in the room might have helped as sitting on the bed was not comfortable.
All in all, okay for our purpose so thank you.

Clean accommodation - very comfortable bed. Reasonably good breakfast and hourly shuttle back to airport. Perfect for a one night stay close to the airport.
