This property is in desperate need of a renovation, everything was only and in disrepair. The room was given as advertised however the floors were very dirty and we had a small rug in our room that was starting to get black from the dirt. The beds are old and sink in the middle. There are many blood stains on the mattress from bedbug bites. The. Breakfast was not great. All the hot selections we ordered can out cold and with little flavour. The location is not that great, it’s a little far from everything

Great location, right across from the beach. Close to the airport. Many restaurant options in the area. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Cafe Mirage. Ana from Cafe Mirage was excellent, she greeted us every day and remembered our names. Taciana also from Cafe Mirage always had our expresso orders ready to go. She was extremely courteous. Paulo, the bartender from the lobby bar (down stairs) was exceptional, always friendly, and made us the most delicious drinks. He also suggested different drinks, which we tried and they were all excellent. All of the staff in the front desk were excellent, helpful and always welcoming. Lucienne our housekeeper always kept our room clean and tidy. She was also very friendly and kind. Highly recommend Spa Tantien! We scheduled a massage and felt rejuvenated after. We will definitely be back next year, we truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Atlante Plaza.

The hotel is very good, location, staff, and breakfast were amazing.

Rooms are not sound proof, too much noisy from the corridor. Hotel needs renovation, elevator too slow. Breakfast and room are correct.

This hotel has a very bad management. The swim pool is not safe for swim. The hotel personal is not training and the food is not good. The breakfast is not fresh. Zero hotel organization.

Over all a good stay unlike the Mar Hotel Convention where I paid for two nights and stayed one .... switching to the Atlante

Enjoyed my stay

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel in Recife - PE. The staff is helpful, the location is good, the breakfast is very good but my room left something to be desired.

This was our second stay at Atlante Plaza over a three year period. Things have improved since our first time there but not nearly enough to be deserving of its somehow enviable reputation. The rooms are still dated. The elevators randomly inefficient and often have a mind of their own. The magnetic keycards for some of the rooms rarely work more than a couple of times before you have to stop by the front desk to have them re-magnetized. That said, the service has improved. The staff is - although still sometimes unbearably inefficient - more friendly and responsive than before.

At 4 pm the room was not ready

This property is good and clean, the only thing I don’t recommend is the food and drinks is to expensive for Brazil, I paid 700 reais for my dinner Is my second time on this hotel I will not come back, I travel all the world and never had a dinner so expensive , and the food was not the good , very upset to pay that’s much for a dinner for 4 people,

Valet service for cars very bad. Takes them 20 minutes to get a car on a non busy day time

Excellent location and friendly staff. Apparently my room was remodeled recently and it looked great, very comfortable. Breakfast options was great and delicious.

Stayed one night. Excellent hotel, very courteous staff, restaurant on site. Excellent cleanliness. Very comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi.

The best hotel in Recife.

Precisa de mais atenção nos cuidados de ar condicionado , tv os controles estavam sem baterias carregadas, o chuveiro vó água quente sem sair água , precisamos chamar 3 vezes a manutenção para corrigir, o telefone para a recepção não funcionava . Enfim , tivemos alguns problemas , mas sobrevivemos. Muito bom hotel. Problemas acontecem . Recomendo a todos

The hotel was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, extremely well-kept, clean, and the staff and the food were wonderful! Worth every penny!

The hotel is well located, near the airport. The bathroom had drain problems both in the shower and in the sink. I had to ask twice for it to be fixed. The tiles in the shower were musty in certain sections. No iron available in the room. Breakfast was regular.

The hotel is very near the airport (10 minutes drive with traffic), but without any noise that goes with it. The rooms are nice, breakfast is decent. There is room for improvement on every aspect, but the hotel delivers the value for the price paid.

Stayed here with my wife, we loved our visit. Bathroom was renovated, room was large. Mirage restaurant was wonderful, rooftop pool with bar, breakfast buffet with covid protection. English speaking front desk staff. We had a Ocean view room, there are only 2 per floor due to the orientation of the building.

Best breakfast and tapioca making in the world. The lady that makes the omelette and tapioca made our day!
