Very clean older hotel. For the price, it can't be beat. I was pleased at the level of soundproofing the room had. I will definitely stay here again on return trips.

Worst stay. Asked for first floor room, ended up on 3rd; room door was so struck I had to push with both hands to open and close; toilet lid not stable; wifi in and out; phone in room to call about wifi not operable; TV unplugged, had to move the fridge to plug it in, no internet service; standing lamp was broken, on/off switch taped closed, had to plug in and out; desk clerk on checkout, when I told her about these issues when I checked out, could not have been more unresponsive, never made eye contact. Never say never, but I will not stay here again.

The hotel has a very good location in Glenwood springs. The overall condition of the hotel is a bit run down. We were not happy with the response of the front office staff to questions about the Wi-Fi access the staff member was preoccupied with personal concerns and responded in a Kurt way.

When we arrived 2 weeks after booking the room it had not been cleaned. Bed was a mess towels on the floor. They quickly gave us a different room. The view of the river was great. Phone in 2nd room did not work so i had to go down to the office every time I needed something. Kind of a pain. The staff was friendly enough and they were training a new desk girl. Overall id give them a 3.4 out of 5. Price made it bearable.

It’s outdated and just overall not a great hotel. There are many other places in Glenwood Springs that would have been nicer, especially considering the price we paid. Definitely never going back.

It was a perfect stay especially for the price. Nothing fancy, just what I needed. Would definitely stay again or recommend to other.

Bed was uncomfortable, room had a smell. Allowed one parking spot each additional was $100.00!

We found an earwig in the condiment package, and the door didn’t latch right and lock screws were loose.

Staff was very welcoming. Room was updated and clean. Continental breakfast was fair. The walking path behind the hotel was cute.

Our room wasn’t cleaned very well at all. Previous guests food was still in the refrigerator as well. The room also had a lot of damages that needs repaired and the AC unit in our room did not work properly (I know because I am in the HVAC industry).

We had a hard time getting into the room because there keys weren’t working. Changed few times and then finally got in the room

Very outdated hotel somebody spilled ketchup all over the elevator told the front desk several times and it was never cleaned. There was towels in the hallway by the front desk just left on the floor. Kid’s were allowed to run in the hallways. Up in the hallway and very outdated, the kids are being able to run in the hallways

The good thing about this hotel is the view and the rooms are comfortable. But the staff is not friendly. We asked for a room on the River view and she said. The manager will come after two days and She is the only one who can do it. The evening staff should be trained to be courteous and should learn how to accommodate the guest. They need to learn what hospitality Means.

Room was not cleaned properly. Empty water bottle under a broken bed, some sort of pill under the other bed, very slooooowwwwwww draining sink, leftovers were in the fridge, and sleeping. next to the elevator wasnt very quiet, had to leave the TV on to drown out the noise.

I loved the river view and both of the ladies I met behind the front desk at night and during the day were amazing. But the rooms definitely need a makeover. Also the hot tub was almost chilly. They said there was an issue with the heat pump but didn’t have it closed off?

We picked this place because it had a pool and jacuzzi and they also changed a resort fee. Well the pool was ice cold and so was the hot tub. The place was dirty. The front seat just had excuses as to why the hot tub wasn’t working. The hotel was very expensive. Beds uncomfortable… just disappointing… go anywhere else

The hotel is dilapidated and unclean. The host took a picture of the computer screen after running my card. She did say it was to tell her boss it wasn’t working. There was hair in the bathtub. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the whole place was damp and smelled bad. The breakfast was terrible.

Love watching the Colorado River run by from my window ( and even the occasional train).
I've stayed here several times.

Gross room, not a good breakfast, loud train all night, pool over chemicaled, booked 3+ nights, tried to leave after first night and they have a policy where they don't refund you for two nights, even though we didn't stay there second or third night! No cleaner room available they said. Awful start to our trip.

Victoria was very professional and calm considering all of the complaints and unfortunate mishaps. Elevator was broke, no hot water, tv broke in the middle of UFC fight, lamp was broken in the room. These were just our issues, not sure of the other complaints other then the lady who got stuck in the elevator when it broke down.

Nice location on the river. The room was nicer than expected. Check in area and hallways could be a bit nicer, but the room itself was outstanding.

We paid WAY too much money considering the quality of this hotel. Breakfast was very basic. Latch lock on room broken. Dust on baseboards.

I believe it was overpriced. The property is in need of some updates and refresh. The halls smell like marijuana really strong. The rooms need TV's that can stream and USB plugs in the lamps. Everything else was fine.

The property is in a nice location close to the river it far from shops. There is fast food available close.
The place just needs a facelift, it is very dated and just looks old. The breakfast was just ok, coffee was terrible.
I would stay here again if it were the only option but would probably choose something closer to the downtown area.
