The shower drained water into the floor. There needs to be a drain at the back of the tub. The breakfast was fine. Your location is amazing. There just needs to be a little more focus on the details of the room and bathroom.

Bed was good, breakfast was good, pool area great. You could tell employees cared about the customers and had pride in their facility. Nice property with several surprise places to hang out (tables outside rooms, pool, covered hot tub, camp fire rings, lobby). A little off the beaten track but so convenient to the surrounding tourist stops.
The rooms could use a decorative update. This was the reason for the value deduction. The theme of the place was excellent; it might be time to update the interior room decor that goes with the theme. (wallpaper/curtains/lighting). I love this series of Great Westerns and hope they keep them going. So nice how they are complementary and reflect the surrounding environment. (this is the longest review I have ever done!!)

Our reservation was somehow cancelled and we had to scramble to find a place to stay last minute.

Need to update the pillows and pillowcases. They are a bit rundown, same with the bath towels.

Location
I SELECTED AND PAID FOR TWO BEDS AND A SOFA BED. No sofa.
I REQUESTED ACCESS, NO STEPS We were placed on the second floor with no elevator. We terminated our stay early as going up those stairs was painful.
The room next door had three beds and I was told by the front desk that such a room did not exist.
Stairwell dirty and no linen service 3 days.

Everything! A wonderful place to stay! Lots of things to do as a family! We plan to make this our regular place to stay whenever we are in town! The facilities were very clean and our room was great!

From the staff to the guests, everyone was extremely nice and friendly! The location was perfect with a 10 min walk to the town, and a shorter walk to the park close to the river! The grounds were beautiful and well kept. It was spacious with different activities. Since it was spread out, it didn't feel crowded; there were plenty of peaceful areas to sit and relax! The breakfast was was yummy with lots of options.
There's not a whole lot to complain about, but if I had to...
The breakfast could last later, so the guests can sleep in and still enjoy breakfast.
The stairs to the rooms upstairs seem a bit old and rickety.
The air conditioner could be updated.

Super family friendly. Playground, horseshoes, volleyball court, pool/hot tub, 2 pickle ball courts, fire pits w/sticks for marshmallow roasting available at desk. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Excellent location. Very friendly staff.
Pull out sofa bed is probably only suitable for young children. Our 9 year old was comfortable, but could easily feel each spring in mattress.

We had the 3 queen bed room and were pleasantly surprised to find that one of the beds was in a separate room within the hotel room. We were a family of 6 traveling together so it was nice for my husband and I to have some privacy. The heated pickleball courts, gas firepits, hot tub, breakfast, and playgrounds were all so nice! Jeremey, at the front desk, provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back!

Not the cleanest by any means. Shower didn’t drain properly, sink didn’t drain and there was stuff (looked like peanuts) left in one of the sinks. Stain on the bed spread. Oldest worn out mattress I think I have ever been on. Felt like sleeping on a thin mattress pad on straight up springs. No Kleenex. Door didn’t even seal up, you could see out.
