I got a room at the Red Lion in Kent Washington I need a pet friendly room and I needed a big jettd tub room and I needed a king size bed.. I Check-in early paying $50 for early checkin. I was told that my jetta tub room was on the 3rd floor and they did not allow pets on the 3rd floor at because people with allergies they keep that floor clean for that reason they didn't have any pet friendly rooms at any of the other floors the only pet film rooms they had was on the 3rd floor and they cost 30 bucks deposit for Maybe shouted that there was no pencil out on the 3rd floor due to allergies and that's a pet free floor and they didnt stand by the word end up doubling the $30 normal pet fee to $60 bucks. I talked them down to $40 bucks so they were willing to bend the rules of no pets on any 3rd floor jetted tub room they adrertize them as pet free smoke free roomsafter I payed the $40. For a room that is suposedly pet free and smoke free. I decided not to bring my dog into the hotel because I didnt like the idea of someone being lied to and told its a pet free room when infact I was just given the Option to pay more than the standard pet fee. I never brought my Dog in the hotel . When I asked for my deposit back in the morning at checkout time. I asked for my $40back due to my dog never stepped foot in the hotel because I didnt like being part of misrepresentation of anything when it could cause someone harm or allergies..

This was not a good stay. When I walked into the room, it seemed like somebody had just left. All the lights were on the window was open and there was tissue in the toilet , not flushed. And the sink had hair in it.

Well no one was respectful and welcoming when i arrived and checked in and my room was not the room i asked for and we checked out on the 9th at 8:30 am and they never refunded me the money back for the second night that i payed for and my deposit and i got a notification that i was checked out on the 10th when we were never there so ueah i am not very happy

First of all, the desk clerk could barely speak English. Carpet in hallways and stairs was filthy dirty. Property is right next to a railroad and a train went by every two hours and blew its horn at the crossing. Desk clerk lied to me and told me that $100 security deposit would be refunded upon checkout then, the next morning the same clerk told me it takes two days to be refunded.

The hotel is between a freeway and a train track, so it doesn't stand much of a chance of being quiet. The hotel was dirty, dingy, beat up with stained carpet. The staff was indifferent.

Well, the first night we were there.The elevator broke down.They gave me a third floor floor i've got two bad knees and then they moved us down into the room that I requested in the first place on the first floor woke up that morning and it had water leaks all over the place I would never stay at that motel again and I recommend nobody else

Hotel was empty and tried to check in at 2 pm and for one hour early check in they tried charging me 40 on a 80 nasty room..drug deals are allowed in the parking lot …definitely would never recommend this place
