We’ve stayed here previously and have enjoyed the value, the great breakfasts, and the size of the rooms. This time, with their remodeling, it was even better! Super clean, very nice amenities, spacious. We appreciated the step-in shower, the quiet, the Kuerig coffee maker, and like having a microwave and mini refrigerator.

They told us we could check in early and then the room wasnt ready when we arrived. The room smelled strongly of chemicals but with a musty under smell. Check out wasnt until 11 but the key cards stopped working and locked us out at 9:30. When we asked about it they told us they shut off when it gets close to the time and that we could pay for more time. Will never stay there again.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by young lady who had a demeanor of a door. She was probably one of the most unfriendliest people I have meet working at a hotel desk. She is the last person this company needs to have as the face that customers first see when arriving. When we arrived to our room late at night, the TV would come on however no channels would work. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone did not work. The walls are paper thin every time someone stepped down the hall, we heard it. Luke warm was the best the shower water ever got . The “hot breakfast” was barely what I would consider a hot breakfast and a couple of people eating there were obviously either their employees or owners or someone who didn’t bother to greet you. Overall the room was a clean place to shower and sleep. I was disappointed based on reading the nice description on their website. For the price I feel like I could have found a more enjoyable hotel.

The renovations were really nice and the young lady who checked me in was very pleasant. However I stayed on the 2nd floor (205) and I could hear the people above me walking around clear as day. It took awhile for the water to get hot in the bathroom sink and shower, but they eventually both got hot. I will stay there again, I will just ask to be put on the highest floor available .

The room and bathroom were very clean. We would appreciate a freezer in the room fridge as we need to freeze ice packs for traveling the next day with medication. The front desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly. It made us feel welcome. I always wish when you have a king bed there would be king pillows not a number of small squishy pillows. We usually stay there on our way to FL and the way back when we travel.

There was no hot water and the doors to the bathroom and shower were not level. Both continuously rolled open because of the slope.

The room and bathroom were very clean. We wish they had king size pillows instead of 6 very small squishy ones. Also no freezer in fridge. I need these freezer pack to keep medicine chilled. Ost places have had freeze. The front desk guy put tham in a freezer for me. They are remodeling but it was never an issue. Would stay there again.

Lots of works going on at the hotel during my stay with the fitness center and 4th floor out of use. I wasn't too impressed with my toilets twice breaking but it was fixed promptly. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping do a good job and it's very conveniently located. An Uber to practically anywhere in town will cost under 20 dollars. It's what you'd expect for the price i guess. Great reception staff.

Our room was clean and well organized. We enjoyed that there was no disruptive noise during our stay. There was a lack of enough toiletries as we were a family of 6. The breakfast was fair and had limited options. However, our family was able to eat well and my children enjoyed it.

This place was a mess when we came in. The room was gross and dirty there was makeup on the pillows, and the pillows were the size of an infants pillow. You get 12 tiny pillows to sleep on. It was so gross that we walked out immediately. everything was old and dirty, felt like I was in a motel in the ghetto. Now they don't want to send us a refund, because a dirty room is not an "acceptable" reason for refund.

The staff was very courteous and I am most grateful to Jessica ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ who helped me with recommendations. The continental breakfast was very good and the ladies that worked the kitchen kept the food fresh and well stocked, however the restaurant menu was very limited and only offered street food, and that is why I didn’t use my VIP perked. I was surprised to learn that the property was under renovation but for the price and southern hospitality of the staff it was well worth it 👍

The whole first floor is under remodeling/construction so there was stuff laying around everywhere for that. The elevator is very small and rather sketchy. Breakfast was bare minimum. They do have a waffle maker. The eggs were mushy. Bacon was alright. When we checked in, they do not accept cash - only cards. They do charge you an additional $50 deposit/hold on your card for anything that might be damaged. You’re supposed to get it back if nothing was damaged. Their vending area has expired or almost expired items. They apparently don’t have a register or anything to “ring up” those items so they write everything you get on a piece of paper and add it up that way. Odd. The printer for receipts jammed when she was trying to print a receipt which I know was not her fault. so I didn’t get a receipt or anything for the vending items. Don’t think I’d stay here again

This property is currently under renovation. However, this did not impact me at all. My room was clean and newly renovated. The floor was quiet at night. Air was still old style, no bathroom fan, and no shelving in the shower. Overall, this was a good property for the price.

The hotel was under construction during our stay. The dining area had not been completed yet. Tile going in on the lobby floor. Elevator is dated. However, off the elevator, new carpet and finishes in the hall, open the room door to be created by a fully renovated room! Fantastic finishes. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. The pillows would be the only complaint, they were half size, 4 per bed, but small.

Lobby floor torn up for repairs. I was placed on the second floor in front of the elevator and next to a chaotic room with several kids who continuously run around their room, shouting. Restaurant was closed for the day and there are not any food options close by. Jessica at the front at least tried to quiet the noisy room, but this was all in all an extremely disappointing stay. Will book at the Hilton across the street next month when I return.
