Stay here every year and love the property, its location & staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location is very good and walkable to restaurants and shops. The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast selections. All that is offered is the same rubbery, tasteless scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, plain white bread for toast, and some cereals. It would be a welcome upgrade to offer pancakes, waffles, bagels, whole wheat bread, and fresh fruit. Also, the regular coffee was not replenished as of 9am on both Saturday and Sunday.

Room was adequate, bathroom very small bulk for a one night stay Restaurant attached to motel was nice, able to sit outside for dinner. Bartender/server Robert was great, good food & conversation

A great place to stay in the Vegas area. The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. As nice of a check in experience as you could have. Boulder City is quiet and a great town lace to stay if you want to get away from the Vegas crowds but still access all the Vegas activities quickly. You also have the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Colorado River right there as well.

This place is very nice and really the only issue I had was that the bed was REALLY firm. So it’s mostly a personal issue. The trim was clean and the A/C worked well and wasn’t too noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms and beds definitely need updating. The breakfast area is hard to get to. Climbing stairs to get to check in would be hard for handicap or elderly. Seeing the difficulty I had getting up the stairs the lady at check in gave us a ground floor room which I appreciated.

The staff awasome, clean and a súper nice service

Overall our stay was great. I always look forward to the breakfast when staying at a best western, however during my stay the breakfast was really lacking, there were many items that were "all gone" by 8am and what was there looked like it was picked over from the days before, nothing was restocked. No yogurt, not pastries, a few pieces of brad, no fruit, the juice was out so only water to drink.

I stayed at this hotel/motel 2 nights, it was a last minute reservation and I will never stay here again, property looks dirty, rooms are okay, curtains are see thru. They offer breakfast and honestly is the worst I’ve seen in a long time, it was 9:15 am and they had run out of almost everything, we were told by employee that by the way, was not very nice or welcoming that “we are lucky we had any food left” shame on this place, if they are providing breakfast they know ahead of time how many reservations they have and should have plenty of food! In my opinion I recommend that you stay away from this place.

Great customer service, very clean

Negatives: When we arrived to our room, there was no power on the wall where our bed was, so it was pretty dark, and we could not use the outlets to charge our devices. We only found one empty outlet that had power in the room. The only option they had was a different room the next day. We stayed there four days and there were a total of four of us, there was a lot to move. There was no offer to help us move rooms. Btw, it was 109 degrees that day. Boulder City was in an extreme heat warning. The new room we got was bigger, and we liked it more, but traveling with two kids means bath time, and the stopper for the bathtub was too small, so we had to wrap it with a towel in order to stop up the water for the bathtub. Also, the mattress must have been thirty years old, every spring imaginable was sticking us as we slept. The breakfast included with the stay was good, nice sized room. The eggs were not that good though. No real egg was used, just liquid egg. Liquid egg is a substitute to be used with eggs, not by itself. Positives: The room (203) was of good size. The A/C unit worked. Our kids were able to move around and not bang into anything. The TV had really good sound and was perfect size for the room. The fridge held a lot. The room was also located right next to the stairs. Also, the chair in the room was very comfy. Oh, and all the staff were very friendly and put guests before their work.

Was okay… ppl nice enough. Breakfast a little bla. Wasn’t totally clean hair in tub. No soap, shampoo, hand soap or conditioner.

Good location for my travel purpose. Very helpful check in process. I appreciated the included breakfast. Grounds were well kept.
