Restaurant, room needs a lot of upgrades and more cleanly

Dirty, smoking all over showers did not work got burned by hot water did not turn off or adjust!

Large room, firm mattress tress on beds .

Lack of water pressure on 5th floor. Sink faucet had light dribble of water, shower was “light rain”. Shoddy finish work in shower fixtures (rubber stripping around shower door was coming off, sink faucet had leak from valve handle, lack of electrical plug ins showed age of property)

The rooms were large and quite.

the breakfast. everything was cooked perfectly

no microwave or fridge

though an older facility, the staff was exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and plentiful. We've frequented several times before and will again when we are in the area to visit family. I'm sorry to hear that the property is being sold to a chain and I sincerely hope they keep the friendly and courteous staff that makes Railroad Pass the pleasant place it's always been.

I booked my room online through you guys then I got to the hotel and on top of more money than I was through online said I would have to pay I got they try to hit me the $100 deposit I couldn't I didn't have the $100 so they canceled my whole booking my reservation ended up losing the 70 something dollars I paid with you guys I'm still waiting on that refund and I haven't heard nothing

The whole situation would not being able to get a room after 8 hours of driving was horrible

The whole hotel is run down and not cared for in any way.

You need microwave and refrigerator

There was no air condition working in the room, it was very hot outside(100 degrees in Summer). Few of the bulbs in the room were fused out, experienced very low light in the room. Pillows are very hard, suffered a neck pain for few days after staying for one night. I have brought these issues to the front desk manager, he cared nothing and mentioned that there was no maintenance staff on duty.

Bath rooms were not clean, shower knob was not working. Air Condition needs to be fixed.

Breakfast was great.

The bathroom was very outdated and shower was difficult to use. Website listed a pool, but it is being removed.

Great location and close to the Hoover Dam. Miles away from the bustling Las Vegas . A great escape

Remember this is also a casino. So be careful As a one night stay it is great

The people working in the restaurant were exceptionally friendly. The food was really good.

The bed was very firm. Maybe add a memory foam topper? So much cigarette smoke in the casino ... not used to smoking indoors ... brought back memories of when smoking in public places was acceptable! Booking.com automatically booked us into a smoking room. I didn't realize that until it was too late. The reservation was carved in stone and could not be modified through Booking. Hotel was reluctant to switch us into a nonsmoking room because we booked through a third party. It took some work but they finally did. The hotel didn't seem overly busy so I knew rooms were available.

The service in cafe was horrible. We waited about one hour to get our food. When we receive food it was cold.

Rooms were very outdated, it smelled so bad of smoke. Run down. Use to go there when I was a kid and I do not remember it being this bad.

Price was good. Casino was fun, Rooms sucked.

First two rooms they gave me, had not been cleaned. The beds had not been made and food and garbage in the rooms. Finally the 3rd room was ok, but I had some neighbors that were partying all night long. Very thin walls.
