We received a notice the pool was going to be under construction. It was the whole area under construction. Planting of coconut trees, so you had a small area to lounge on a chaise next to bobcats. There were drills and hammers being used. It will be beautiful when done, but I wouldn’t have stayed under these circumstances.

Stay was great but we were never informed about the ongoing construction at the resort. Most of the resort was not accessible. It wasn’t posted on the website or at time of booking. We would have planned better or another time if it was up front. Feel a refund or rebooking credit should be honored.

We stayed several nights and attended a friend’s wedding which took place beachside at this resort. Beach-inspired decorated large bedroom, clean bathroom and lovely partially covered patio area with lounge chairs, dining table/chairs. All rooms were just a short walk to the beach/pool and dining areas. Perfect resort for a wedding!

The hotel is under ALOT of construction!! Blue tarp walls/fences everywhere and construction noise!! Main pool not open either. I’ve heard so much about this hotel and was really looking forward to staying..Got an email about the issues AFTER i booked!

We only had 1 night booked here before our return to the UK & it was not enough. The rooms were top class and the resort had so much to offer & not enough to to use and enjoy to the max. We will have a longer stay here in the near future.

Really nice hotel. All staff we interacted with were excellent and couldn't do enough to help make our stay enjoyable.

Staff was fabulous. We stay there every year for a dive trip. They have remodeled and honestly liked it better before. They took down screens on patios, so you can’t sit outside without being attacked by mosquitoes. Miss the little kitchen area, there’s also no counter space in bathroom with new sinks that sit on top. They put decorative stools and other stuff in rooms that just takes up space, nobody is going to sit on them, they are hard.

THIS PLACE IS VERY NICE AND ALL WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION THAT IS GOING ON. HALF OF THE PLACE IS CLOSED AND THERE IS EARLY MORNING NOISE FROM RENOVATION, HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE STAYED ELSEWHERE. WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION IT DID NOT INDICATE THE CONSTRUCTION. ALSO THE PIER FOR FISHING IS CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY, JUST FOR THAT I WILL NOT GO AGAIN.

Renovations done were great. Current renovations were unpleasant and noisy. There was no mention of ongoing renovations when booking. Do not book before renovations are complete.

It was an amazing place with a spectacular room but half of the resort was in construction which affected the stay. Elements restaurant was great. When remodeling is done this will be a place to not miss.

The resort was being remodeled when we stayed the part we were in had just be done very nice job when the other side is done you will wonder why go to another country to get what you can enjoy here in the states. Referring to nice scenery palms Everything you get from out of the country except for the all inclusive part. But here you can go wherever you want very nice and if we return to the keys this would be my place to stay. No high rise No elevator. Park in front of your room staff was very accommodating Don’t forget to say high to Moe at the entrance

As of September 2024 there is a lot of construction around the entire property which you may hear during they day.
Staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property is pet friendly and my dog also enjoyed her stay.

The staff is the friendliest I have experienced in a long time. It made us feel pampered and we could not say enough wonderful things. From Moe greeting us at the guard gate to both people at check in to the bar tender and server at breakfast they are there to make your stay special

The place is heavily under construction. Stay away until 2025. No places to eat except bar area, our room states full size fridge and we had a mini fridge. And if you book with Expedia, they will not help you.

Was unaware the resort was going to be a construction zone. The family pool and hot tub was closed and the female bathroom at the pool was also shut down for some of our visit. The adults only pool was open to everyone. The noise from the jack hammers and various heavy equipment was absolutely ridiculous at times. Our room was beautiful and very clean and had an excellent and perfect view of the ocean. Danielle at the pool was an absolutely amazing.

The resort is beautiful and right on the water. The staff was wonderful and accommodate our checking in earlier. The big pool was still remodeling but we could enjoy the other pool and the cabana by the beach.

Wonderful place however website advertises amenities of beautiful pool and hot tub but are under construction. Resort fees are expensive and high and unfair if not usable. Also there is no microwave in the rooms making it difficult to warm up food and leftovers. We’ve never stayed at any place without a microwave in the room.

The room was recently renovated and comfortable with a large patio and lounge chairs. The down side of the room was the bathroom was small. There were 2 adults and 2 teens in the room. The facility is also under construction. Only one pool was open which was crowded.

It’s my second time here for reason. Absolutely beautiful private resort with beautiful villas. Love it here despite having rude kids jumping on the ocean raft that my daughter was on getting her phone wet with no apologies. Wish there would be a kids area where rude kids are not allowed.

Clean and well appointed rooms. Warm and responsive staff. Currently underway with renovation in several sections, so onsite food options were somewhat limited, but breakfast was yummy, and good area restaurants abound. Beautiful setting. Will definitely return

Loved loved loved this hotel! I would stay again. The room was very open and beachy and the pool and beach area were beautiful. We also enjoyed the drinks we purchased from the hotel bar as well as a chicken Caesar wrap we shared.

The place was great, most staff were excellent although cleaning crew couldn’t leave coffee or clean cups even after being asked…but…the daily taxes, resort fees and some puzzling misc charges added an extra $500 to our 5 day stay.
