Lovely hotel, very quiet

Excellent hotel for a few days stay. Shade cover over the parking. Easy walk to town centre for restaurants and local attractions. Lovely pool area to relax and stunning views across the valley

Lovely stay!

Fantastic hotel and just a few minutes from the old town and famous bridge. This is a 4*+ hotel all the way! Warm welcome, excellent location, beautiful rooms, great food, pool and facilities. Beautiful views of the mountains. This hotel has it all!

Hotel is beautiful and conveniently located/walkable to train/bus/tourist attractions. We walked a lot and enjoyed every step!

I loved my stay . The staff was great, the facilities are lovely. It was very comfortable and luxurious. The only pet peeve i have was not having a bathroom separated by a door and the lack of a bidet. The shower and sink are right in the room and the toklet is separated by a glass swing door.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel in Ronda. The hotel is beautiful, lovely pool and all the seating areas are great. We had a great room with a Tajo view which was stunning. The staff are helpful and friendly especially Francisco who was exceptional! A great asset to the hotel. The only criticism was when we arrived we discovered we had to pay to park the car , this is not stated on any of the websites, it states parking available. We stayed here for 10 nights which is unusual, most people stay a couple of nights so potentially a big additional cost ! We expressed our opinion we thought free parking should be available to guests especially for 10 days. We were offered a discount but we declined as this would still add an extra £100 to our holiday . We found parking on the roads fairly nearby which was fine and free! This is the only criticism, the hotel is fabulous . Would love to revisit .

Quietly placed within walking distance to main area attractions. Modern amenities in a resort style building. Parking onsite is a plus . Very friendly staff. Nice views. Couldn’t ask for more for our family vacation trip. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel! Staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the breakfast was the best part!!! They even have a bike room for conveniently storing rental bikes (check out HarmanBikes, best shop around!) Could not have imagined a better stay!

Very nice hotel, amazing views, elegant decoration, great service and a very short walk to the historic centre. Pool area is a real plus with shade if you want under the pine trees and ofcourse amazing views as you relax.

This is a beautiful place to stay with magnificent views. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and nicely updated with space efficiency. The staff was amazing.

This hotel is slightly away from all the city noise. It's a beautifully peaceful spot. It's within walking distance to downtown Ronda with the shopping and restaurants. This hotel has an amazing pool to cool off in the mid-day heat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us a list of suggestions for winery tours and helped us book one. The restaurant at the hotel is amazing with spectacular views! I would love to return one day.

Fabulous hotel, Ronda is a lovely place and to find a hotel of this quality was great, close enough to walk to town but away from crowds. Bar and restaurant has stunning views of ravine.

Wonderful hotel, with superb staff above all else. So welcoming, and we only had excellent experiences stuffy numerous people at reception, breakfast, the bar, etc. The gardens and view are stunning, the pool area is really pleasant. Breakfast itself is fantastic. The only problem with the hotel is the parking which was a little oversubscribed, as half the spaces are allocated to rental bikes. The team were very accommodating and helped us to park our car in other spots, so it wasn't a big problem. Overall, highly recommended and it's likely we'll come back.

Great hotel, conveniently located to explore Ronda. The terrace area was lovely for sunset drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Excellent property …. 10/10

One of the darkest hotel rooms I‘ve ever stayed in with only a tiny window. The window shutter had to be repaired because it wouldn’t stay open, so in the beginning it was completely dark. And the floor in the bathroom and shower was very cold, so I recommend bringing your own slippers. Besides that there‘s nothing included, eg. you need to pay extra for water or access to pool & wellness area. The Spa can only be accessed via reservation, it is 15 Euro and limited to 1 hour of usage (which was actually 50 minutes in our case because we had to wait in line). No slippers or bath robes available so we wanted to use one of the changing rooms there but unfortunately they only have two rooms which were occupied. So the personnel asked us to change in the general bathrooms in the lobby area which I refused because I didn‘t bring any slippers and wanted to avoid walking barefoot in the WC. So in total very chaotic and overpriced for only getting a room to sleep in.

On a scale from 1-10 the views from our room were a 20! Don’t miss this beautiful city!!

View from the back patio of the hotel was beautiful, half the rooms face that way. Location was convenient for walking. Room was on the smaller side, bed OK not great. Room shower kept oscillating between hot and cold randomly. Spa was unpleasant - FYI it’s 15E plus tax to use the area per guest. It consists of what should be a small hot bath area with some jets and a sauna - looks pretty but water is freezing cold, sauna is tiny. After charging us no one was available at the spa for assistance - didn’t give us towels either. When discussing The Spa with the front desk manager I got a lot of pushback denying that there was anything wrong. I invited him to check the water temperature - unpleasant experience with customer service.

The property is located 5-7 walk from the town center, easy walk. The hotel parking is mostly covered but limited number of spaces so get there early. View from the hotel is spectacular. Bar area and terrace is very enjoyable. Hotel needs to upgrade the bedroom balconies as they are showing their age. Balconies need a good cleaning. Hotel rooms, Junior suites are not very large but they are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is nice but could do with some improvement. The breakfast coffee and orange juice stations are in a poor location as there is always a line of people waiting to use them blocking access around the breakfast area. Table service for coffee would be a good idea in addition to the machines. Overall a nice hotel in a great location and well worth the visit. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Great service, comfortable, excellent breakfast. Hotel is tired though. Carpets are very old and dirty. Could use a paint job and general refreshing!

We had a lovely stay, the hotel is superb. Super close to town, quiet, clean, amazing views and the breakfast was 5 stars!

This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. It's a short walk to town in a quiet neighborhood, the views are absolutely stunning, the staff was incredible. Our room (highly recommend the taos view rooms) was very comfortable. The pool and grounds could probably be updated a little bit but the staff and scenery more than made up for it. Thank you everyone for making our stay so very wonderful. We hope to return soon.
