Excellent location, staff, breakfast. Very clean.

It is a convenient location. Parking is a little uncomfortable, but it has one, and that is very important and useful. I didn’t like the bed sheets and pillows so much, but they were ok. Staff was helpful.

We have visited 21 cities in Spain and we would rate the Tapas and wine selection in the bars in the bottom 3. Sunday is definitely not the day to arrive into Logrono. The hotel was very good but skeleton staff meaning no room service or bar being open was a small issue for us. The receptionist although polite did not know the area and could not recommend a good restaurant. Logrono was very disappointing as definitely not an area of the best tapas in Spain as claimed. You will not see red wine being drunk in the bars as it is the cheapest and worst of Rioja they stock. The city lacks energy and didn’t really feel this is a place ready to accept tourists. The hotel room was fabulous- spacious and clean. Breakfast good. Parking for oversized vehicles are off site at a free car park a few minutes away. We will come back as after reading so many good things, must have missed something?? Location of hotel excellent. Excellent location in the heart of Logroño.Rooms are bigger than average. Very kindly allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Hotel bar & restaurant closed, not a problem but we were not informed of this prior to arrival. No prices in room for mini bar, 1 very small bottle le of coke was €4. Very minor point but this was double the price of any other hotels on our trip which was disappointing especially considering the bar was closed

When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel restaurant was closed for renovation. Had we known this, we would have not stayed here. Also along with our reservation made well in advance, we requested parking. Again when we arrived, were told the parking was full. Lastly, it seems that during our stay the shower was never cleaned. As there was an empty and broken shower gel dispenser in the shower that was never changed.

Great location

I'd forgotten how nice the nh hotel chain is! The room was spacious, the bed luxurious, and all the amenities were very nice. The restaurant and bar are not currently open but (honestly) not needed when you're so close to Calle de Laurel.

Room was very big, clean, and in nice shape. Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Our room was quiet and the blackout shades were completely lightproof.

It is a new clean hotel. Breakfast is very nice. The only thing is they don’t put hair conditioning or hand cream unless you catch the room service and ask it for yourself.

The most amazing woman at the front desk Laura , before we even checked in , helped me and got us a reservation at the most spectacular winery tour of our entire vacation ! Amazing. Helped us with parking. Breakfast was amazing. All staff friendly nice and so helpful

Great location, nice staff, good big rooms, all good except for lack of power sockets and connectivity for phones, computers, etc. Unforunately this would put us off staying here again.

Great hotel close to everything in the main sightseeing area of Logroño, including historical sites, churches, free museums and exhibitions and a large variety of pintxos bar and famous Rioja wines that provide you with a delightful gourmet experience. Although hotel offers paid parking, only two blocks away you will find a free and safe public parking lot. All the hotel staff were very attentive to our different requests. This is a great and charming hotel to stay. An extra touch, they provide some welcoming drinks at lobby.

Nice hotel but shame about the weather. Very expensive due to 2 bank holidays. (6/8 December.

Easy to walk to everything. Room had good amenities although was a bit plain. Would benefit from additional artwork.
