Have stayed at Previously. Have always been satisfied. Very little breakfast options.
Very comfortable bed.

The humidity was high and the room smelled musty. The a/c just could not keep up. There was a stain on the outer sheet on top of the bed.

This hotel was reasonably priced. It was not far off the interstate very clean, comfortable beds good coffee and breakfast. Glad we chose this hotel stay as part of our trip.

We got a late start on a road trip and wanted to stop in Prattville so we'd miss the Montgomery traffic on Monday morning.
We've stayed a Baymont before, so I had an expectation.
This location did NOT meet that expectation.
Two floors, all outside entrances. Old school stairs.
While the room was clean and the bed was just fine - the room, like the property, was incredibly dated.
The HVAC was loud and strained a bit.
The Breakfast was okay.
Both TVs in the lobby and breakfast room were on terrible channels - just put it on the weather channel.
We saw several other Baymonts during the course of our 7-state trip, and recalled a good one we enjoyed in Texas a few years ago, but we're unlikely to use the brand again.

It was dirty rags in the bathroom. The telephone in the room did not plug in.

I stayed one night here. It is a nice place to stay. My soom was clean and everything was great. I will be staying here again when passing through.

The room was very musky. The bathroom door didn't close. We had an adjoining room with a lock on it and the walls were so thin. We heard joe pimp and his two ladies getting it on all evening. When I finally tried to call the front desk to see if we could move, the phone wasn't even plugged in to anything. There was a white pill laying on the floor in front of another hotel door on our way up, and a pen sleeve. I didn't sleep well. Breakfast was ok and the morning staff were nice.

Check in was easy and fast. Desk clerk was nice and answered my questions. Parking lot was clean. Room was clean, roomy, beds were nice, pillows were comfortable.

So the staff in the morning seemed like they were doing me a huge favor when i asked for bread to make toast in the morning for their free breakfast. they had bread, they just didnt bother putting it out and I wonder what else they didnt put out. and I have never heard of warm hard boiled eggs but they had them in the warmer next to the sausage?

Although appeared clean at first when we came. I noticed finger nail clipings by the side of the bed, previous peoples hair all over the shower walls and a roach on the bed. Shower curtain looks like it hasnt been washed in quite some time.

First room had a strong musty smell, surfaces not wiped. Second room smelled better, surfaces not wiped. Bring Lysol wipes yourself. It appears they tried to remodel with new paint and old fixtures.

Check in and check out was easy. The woman was very pleasant and helpful as well as the man when I had a question the next day. The room was hot when we got in however its Alabama in the summer 10 minutes and everything was good. Breakfast was basic options with waffle maker. Everything was clean and fresh. The room is good for a couple night stays everything right on point for the price.

The room was pretty reasonable in price, neat and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed talking to the young woman on duty who checked me in. She was very pleasant and helpful. The only negative which is purely subjective... the coffee wasn't to my liking, but that's minor. Overall, it was a good stay! Thanks

I spent two nights here on business and everything went well. The location of the hotel was very close to my destination. Also, it close to several restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The room was nice. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable.

Staff is friendly. The room was small. Bed linens were clean. Some towels were sketchy with stains. The bath was missing a shower curtain liner. Which caused water to get on bath floor when showering. The exterior door was not sealed properly on the threshold.
Over all a deceit stay but could be improved.

I was in a hurry and left my tie. At lunchtime during our training session I went back and was told by the cleaning lady that she had sent someone else to clean the room I was in and that she might have THROWN MY TIE AWAY!!! I went to the front desk and inquired about it and two different people said they would find the person who cleaned the room to see what happened. BOTH disappeared for FIFTEEN MINUTES and when I rang the bell no one came out! I stopped by after the training session and the night manager could not find the tie! Is this Beaumont’s protocol??? I will never stay here again. The cleaning person from before left a pack of condoms in the drawer and a uses coffee bag in the coffee maker. I guess those didn’t need to be thrown out. I was told the cleaning person’s name is Tamara. Never stay at this motel!

Safe and convenient. Beds were comfortable, and I could control the air conditioning. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Fridge worked. Plugs were convenient. Staff was really great.

A/C very loud, don't let you sleep. Toom has a heavy bleach odor, that never goes away. Internet connection was slow and interrupted in my room. The breakfast option was really narrow. I would not select this option next time, if I dont have to.

Outstanding accommodations! Easy to find, clean, spacious, quiet, helpful staff, ample parking, and check-in/out could not have been easier. All this and just across the street the area's best seafood restaurant--The Juicy Seafood. What's not to like? This property gets 5 out of 5***** from me. Keep up the outstanding work and you will continue to be the high bar for others to match.
