The first room we were in had a clogged shower drain. They moved us to another room. The second room sounded like we were under a boiler room or something, super loud humming sounds coming from the ceiling all night also the refrigerator was broken and I had to drink warm beer. On the positive side the breakfast buffet was good.

My favorite parts of this hotel were its kid-friendliness, great shower, and the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! It's also convenient to the airport, which was great, because it was the night before flying home. Only downside was that the restaurant was closed. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was excellent except that the elevator was broken for 2 of the 3 days we stayed...

Good clean hotel. Nice room and lovely buffet breakfast. £20 taxi ride from Bergen airport or two stops on the light railway and 400 m walk. Nice spa setup. Stay again. No problem.

Hotel is close to the airport. Staff were very helpfull. Room was convinience and had kettle and microwave oven in it. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options of cold and warm food.

Not too far from Bergen city center. Enough parking spots and a decent price!! Points of improvement: - the temperature of the room was very hot. - breakfast was until 09:00, a bit too early after a long trip.

Staff were helpful, assisting with bus schedules to the airport. We had to leave before the breakfast time started and were provided with coffee, juice and a cold breakfast.

What is somewhat unique about this property is that they offer breakfast from 4am onwards for the early birds with early flights. Only cooked breakfast is served from 7am onwards.

Good hotel, with adequate-sized and clean rooms. The bar area is pleasant and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is located two tram stops away from the airport, and about a half-hour tram journey into the city centre, however the trip is easy to navigate, and the hotel is a very short walk from the tram stop.

Very nice hotel and can easily access the subway to Bergen Center. Breakfast was very good with many options. Shuffleboard, pool table and darts available also. Nice bar

What a fantastic hotel. Great value, great food, extremely comfortable beds, lovely family room and so child-friendly. Two amazing playrooms and complementary ice cream on arrival. Staff lovely too Can't wait to stay here again. Feels strange saying that about an airport hotel!

The hotel was nicely maintained, clean, and staff was helpful. The gym and sauna were well kept. Enjoyed my staff.

The check in was very unfriendly! ( older lady telling me I was way too early and can’t expect any check in before 3:00 pm. I came back at 3:00 and she told me that I have to wait and she doesn’t know how long! )! We finally got checked in while she was complaining in Norwegian about me to her college. The night staff was super nice and helpful!

Not far from the airport which was great as my flight landed in the middle of the night and I didn't want to have to travel all the way into Bergen. Check in was smooth and the receptionist was polite and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean Breakfast was great, a huge selection of tasty food and drink. They area the hotel was in had an issue with the tap water not being drinkable whilst I stayed there (due to a water pipe breaking in the area, completely out of the hotels control), but they gave free bottle of water on check in and was boiled/filtered water available in the restaurant 10/10 would stay again
