Great hotel for pleasure travelers because of its excellent location. Close to train station and within walking distance to Kingsplatz and Marienplatz.

Hotel was in a decent location with a long walk to most attractions. Heat in hotel was not controllable with thermostat and was very annoying as it was hot in the room. Bathroom was extremely small.

It was just a quick one night stopover. Five minutes walk from Hbf. Friendly staff.

We had a very late check-in (0300) as we were arriving from Vienna by train and needed a place to sleep before our 4pm flight back to the US. Room was exactly what we needed: clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would recommend calling the day before if you are going to do a super late check-in. They will check you in early and the security guard will give you your keys.

Good location in reference to train station. Staff was good, check in very nice. Depending on which route you approach the hotel the area can be a little sketchy at night. Good Italian restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

We had a very early train departure (6 am) and only stayed for one night. Everything was fine except for the street noise. We had a family room based on the first floor facing the street which gave some noise from especially the trams.

The hotel is centrally located. Short walk to city centre, English gardens and BMW museum. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good for the price.

Very quiet, clean. Breakfast was good (variety of cereals, fresh breads, fruit) egg variety, meats. Beds were comfortable. Great location for train and walk to old city.

I was only in the hotel for 15 hours but it was centrally located. 5 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof (main train station). All of the staff I encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel decor was to a high standard and the room allocated was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There were a number of eating out option within 5 minutes walk. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice with hot and cold options. I would recommend the hotel to visitors to Munich. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and felt comfortable after a day in town. Bathroom was very small, but neat and tidy, like many downtown European location hotels. We did like the hotel and would definitely return if in Munich. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, and really enjoyed the free voucher for a drink of you chose eco-friendly cleaning.

While the area around the train station is sketchy this hotel is not. its very comfortable and well located for day trips and easy access to transit. We had a family room which was very spacious and was quiet.

This hotel is in a perfect location. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the central train station and to the Old town of Munich. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. " Jo" was very helpful at the front desk with suggestions and directions. I would stay here again and recommend. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The only downside was the shower which seemed quite a bit older and shabbier than everything else, especially the shower door. I was also a bit frustrated that I had chosen pay at property but I was charged beforehand. Otherwise a very lovely hotel that I would definitely use again.

Super friendly staff. We arrived much earlier than check in time and they were able to get us in our room early when we just expected to stow our bags. Room was perfect for what we needed and being so close to the main train station made getting around the city quite easy.

The Kings Hotel First was an excellent choice for my stay in Munich. Their staff was very helpful to this non German speaker. Their facilities are great, and the breakfast there is a great bargain. The best part is the location, it’s about 3 minutes away from the Munich HBF, and less than 10 minutes from the center of the city. If I visit Munich again, this will be my choice hands down.

Walking distance from central station and many restaurants that don't look special from the outside, but rhe food is good and cheap. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again when visiting Munich

The staff was amazing… The property across the street was torn down and under new construction so the view wasn’t much but we only slept there so it didn’t really bother us.. The head of the waitstaff at breakfast was the sweetest man. They give you the option to skip having your room clean and give you a gift card to use at the bar or restaurant which worked well because we prefer to not have anyone come in our room… We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to orhers

The Hotel itself is nice although rooms are slightly dated, but clean and with all amenities. The area is very close to main train and transportation center which is very convenient but also means the area is a bit sketchy compared to other areas of the city. Easy walk to old city attractions and subway/trams for the rest.
