I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. There was an issue with our booking, and despite it being a clear mistake on our end, the staff were unhelpful and refused to resolve it properly. To make matters worse, the breakfast was awful. The options were limited, the food was stale, and nothing tasted fresh. It was obvious that little care was put into the quality of the food. Overall, poor service and a disappointing stay. I would strongly suggest finding a different hotel.

Very nice hotel in a lovely town

Check in was easy, it was harder to find out room, as its a rabbit warren, loads of rooms, and we were up the back. A bit of noise until around 10pm as its close to Heathrow, but then it stopped and no noise overnight. Good bedding, bathroom, etc etc. And has a Restaurant and Bar attached - which is great. Would book it again if we were around this area.

Room well laid out

Nice hotel, room hot and stuffy, went for drink in bar, waited 8 mins, nobody there so left and went out for a drink.

Its a very convenient location for the High street which is why we would stay again as we have friends locally, its just needs an upgrade, its basic and tired but arguably its priced accordingly. The parking is a great benefit.

Enjoyable break

Room 216 was a bit of a route March of which there was no mention when booking. Bath screen quite small so getting wrapped up whilst showering is a bit of an issue. & bath quite slippery. Rest of room very clean Room 112 was good & no problems with it Staff friendly & helpful

Not great! Should be 4* but fell way below that rating. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom which clearly hadn’t seen a hoover in a long time! Loud banging noise directly outside the room until 2am and then the bin men at 5:22am! Wonderful. Carpets were well worn and dirty. You can hear other guests walking around above and through the walls. Really glad I paid an extortionate amount of money for my room, NOT. So glad I was only there one night!

Single bed not double, had to ask for kettle

The attitude and willingness of management to assist in resolving a problem was horrendous. To sum it up, there is no goodwill - zero. Very damaging to the shareholders of the chain and Best Western Group who were also taken back. Such a pity as I would have held many a conference each year at this hotel as it is in a prime postion.

Stayed there to facilitate a day trip to Brooklands Museum which is 10 mins up the road. Really clean and friendly with nice choice of food and drinks and a comfortable and secluded courtyard which made a pleasant setting to eat al fresco on a nice summer evening. Weybridge is a nice town from the short evening walk that we took. Would definitely use again if down that way and in need of an overnight stay.

Great spot in great location

Front desk very friendly and nice. Hotel is older and my only complain is no AC and shower pressure extremely weak. Otherwise quiet and pleasant stay.

Check in was slow and when I got to room TV didn't work, so had to move rooms. They dealt with that well but overall hotel felt a bit tired and dated.

Great 1 night stay. Comfortable room and bed, good facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and a good variety. I think if you stayed when there was an event on it might be very noisy- our room overlooked the courtyard but was quiet on a Sunday night. Car parking good. Would stay again.

Very crowded on a Saturday night with a wedding but the hotel didn’t have enough staff to make it run smoothly. Nice location on the High Street. Room was comfortable

Our fliggt was delayed by 6 hrs. When we called hotel we were told 24hr food however when we arrived at 12.30 we were told we were misinformed and no food. Porter didnt welcome us, made us sign in and threw our keys at us. Didnt show us where our rooms were so we spent 10min wandering hotel to find rooms. A simple hello would probably of made a difference but were made to feel like we wrre imposing by arriving late..the room has a leaflet saying 24hr food available. We mentioned this next morning and were told 'ah well'!!!

Me and my daughter stayed here for two nights, the location was fantastic close by to all amenities. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the staff I did encounter was very polite and helpful.

The floor carpets were old and need to be replaced, otherwise it was fine.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely courtyard to enjoy the lovely weather. On site car park is a bonus. Rooms were clean wand the beds we’re comfortable.

About what I expected from a hotel of this profile - larger accommodation than I expected from the photographs. Didn't really do much other than sleep there before an early start (too early for breakfast) to get to Brooklands for the Brighton Classic Car Event. Very happy and will return.

I booked a twin room for my mother and sister, but they were put into a double. This room also had a radiator that was on full heat and we were unable to turn it down or even turn it off. Went to reception and the guy came up to the room and attempted the same without success. Offered another room again with a double. Moved to this room, no hot water, a view onto a dilapidated area with junk and an old mattress. Went past reception that first evening to see water flooding through the ceiling. All in all very poor hotel.

Perfectly adequate for a night or couple of nights stay, if one has reason for doing so. Restaurant food was better than expected. Staff friendly - but we still cannot fathom why our waiter thought it necessary to wake us at 11 p.m. to sort out an anomaly with our dinner bill, when we were registered for B & B and they already had my card details! Even if there was some weird problem - couldn't it have waited until we checked out ? As I say they did have my card details, so where was the problem ? It's convenient for visiting Brooklands, as we were.

People slamming doors late at night and unable to sleep at all

I gad a single room which had a queen aize bed and was spotless. There was minor noise pollution early morning but nothing terrible. Staff were really friendly and helpfull. The bar had a good selection of beer and the food was good.

Nice hotel. Very clean and lots of restaurants in walking distance to choose from.
