Old and not maintained, not very clean, rooms not warm and bed not comfortable, never again

We will liked to have two pillows each of us

The room was quite run down and did not live up to what I expect from a 4-star hotel, even accounting for the fairly low price. In addition the pillows where tiny meaning that the bed became uncomfortable! When we asked the reception for more, they only had one additional pillow for me and my boyfriend to share. The staff did not understand English.

It's an older hotel but still good quality. It was quiet and close to the cute town.

The hotel was good on the edge of town. The parking was 12€. Good breakfast.

Good standard hotel, what you need. Restaurant was closed, probably because of COVID-situation. Nearest in the city 15 min away.

They charge extra for the parking and not really any alternative due to location. Ok stay, but an extra 12€ to be considered to the price.

The hotel is fine, and conveniently close to the highway and less than 15 min. walk from the city centre. It looks as if the hotel needs some refurnishing, and we were quite irritated by the fact that there was no dinner available, the restaurant opening only "some days" (so not on a Friday evening in the high season).

Great property. Friendly staff welcoming you with a smile, good clean rooms. Good choice of food and room service.

Not bad but Expedia does not say u ll end Up paying €12 per day for parking

We had a very nice stay at the Mercure Hotel in Offenburg. The beds were very comfortable, but the rooms were just a little bit small. Overall, we had a great stay.

The air conditioning made a terrible noise so I had to change room. Some neighnours made big noose in the middle of the night. Parking was 12€, I was expecting the parking to be part of the room cost

The rooms are a bit outdated however still good enough

Good location, good and clean room and bathroom, nice swimming pool, parking cost €10 a day, wifi was pretty bad in our room. I’ll definitely recommend.

Room was alright but drain in water in did not work properly. Additional costs for child bed in 3 person booked room and parking costs makes a 1 night stay expensive. The buffet dinner was very bad, breakfast was good.

The fact that the hotel has a pool is a nice bonus

The place was very clean, the staff was very kind, the amenities were enough, but there really was no exercise room. There is only a bike and treadmill.

Charged extra for parking. No breakfast included in the already inflated price for what it is Room was worn and not as clean as should be expected. Overall a very poor considering the price tag.

Nice and quite hotel, easily accessible and convenient.

Pillows were terrible. One pillow per person and it was about as thick as a piece of paper.

Very good hotel, excellent modern rooms, indoor pool on 5th floor is great. Super breakfast and restaurant, friendly staff.

Nice hotel, good value rooms - probably due a refurbishment in the next couple of years as slightly dated. Parking costs €10 per night. Shell garage directly opposite hotel selling snacks and beers!

good stay. best stay in Offenburg, but need the AC to cool in summer. AC only heated.

If you are looking for a quick stop close to Autobahn 5 then this works well

Nice Place with nice employees. Good Service and great breakfast. Short way to the fairground and event Halls. Was a nice stay for us visiting a concert and seeing the town.

We took over many rooms in this hotel and everyone was disappointed in the service offered. this was not the fault of the staff who did their best but management for being intransient. some of the problems included our event finished late and we were promised a bar service until 2am. This had to be battled for every night Not enough staff on duty to cater for our needs People being told that 10 people were too much for a meal a la carte so had to have buffet being informed on the 1st day that cleaning took 5 days to return No laundry bags in the room as they had run out toilet in room did not flush properly and took then 3 visits to sort out Fridge in room only just working airconditioning sub standard although it was a very hot week cockroaches in at least 2 of the rooms that we took the location is superb and offenburg council wish us to return , however unless the hotel improves considerably on price, attitude and services, this will influence our decision. please , let us be clear. The bar staff on duty and reception did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable, it was management changing what they had promised and not solving problems that was the problem. the hotel is a standard congress hotel worth 3 stars not 4

This hotel has a 3* general feeling, more like Ibis and not Mercure. I am a big fan of Mercure but this hotel was disappointing. It is dirty and outdated, I hat a bad smell in the room and reception staff refused to change the room. No proper heating, I was literally freezing during the night. No mini bar, lack of everything you would be used to in a 4* hotel.

We had a weekend break here. Everything was great exept the location. No views of the black forest only of factories and roads. However, it was only ten minutes walk from Offenburg center and there is cycle hire outside the hotel. The city is really nice and there are a lot of typical German towns and villages nearby. We visited the Rhine and Europa World which wet not so far away. Overall a beautiful place and i would visit again but would stay in Offenburg next time.
