Check in was slow, no one was at the desk. Room was comfortable but sheets were dirty and felt like I was getting bit!?

Overall the stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean. My only thing was the traffic noise but that couldn't be helped bc of the location and the mattress was too firm for me but my husband loved it. The breakfast was good and the person on duty was very helpful and kept the area cleaned. I loved those mini waffles.

Was there to see a concert and for the Georgia State Fair and the motel was very nice and I would certainly stay there again. The continental breakfast was not as elaborate as it appeared on the pictures but it was ok.

The hotel was clean, nice and quiet. Not far from the interstate at all. It was almost in walking distance from the Georgia Fairgrounds. Nice for an overnight stay.

Great location. Clean but the most noise from room above us. Could sleep because of all the noise. Have to report it at the front desk more than once.

It was cold, damp, & musty smelling. It was like trying to sleep in a basement! Not a good night sleep at all. No referrals here.

Our stay was fine. We had a nice roof view of building along with highway noise in the near distance. The “blankets” on the bed were quite thin and not comfortable. Bed mattress was quite firm.

Very clean, friendly staff! Mr Bob was constantly cleaning and obviously took a great deal of pride in his work. Very friendly staff and breakfast was great and offered something for everyone.

clean hotel, good stay

The breakfast that was included was very good! The pool was deliciously cool and refreshing. Our room was very comfortable! Our overall stay was very relaxing, we would definitely stay again!

It was late and I made a mistake selecting the type of room we wanted. We wanted a king bed and selected 2 queen beds. When I opened the door of the room, I realized I had booked the wrong room. I knew that there were still king rooms available because I checked my phone right away so I went back to the front desk and I explained the situation to her. She said that because I booked via a 3rd party, she couldn’t change. I booked in the past via a 3rd party but upon arriving at the hotel, was able to switch to a different room. Then she said that there was no king available. So I told her that if I wanted, I could book a king on my phone and showed her it was available. So she said that the last king was booked 5 secondes ago. I had waited at the front desk for about 5 min before she came to the front desk and then she tells me that the last king was taken 5 seconds ago when I could still see King rooms available in my phone! She was obviously showing me that by booking thru a 3rd party, she wasn’t going to try to accommodate me. You guys are happy that hotels.com and other 3rd parties advertise for you so don’t degrade your customers if they book your hotel thru them!! It’s too bad because other than that, I slept good and had good breakfast.

Mold growing on the night stand and on bed frame. Also in the bathroom. Gross.

We were for a quick sleep, bed was comfortable and it was clean, lady in the reception was really nice.

Everything was clean and very updated.Breakfast was great had great selections.The only thing is maybe a little more selection on bread like bagels or mufins.Tjey had bread to make toast so that was good.Staff was very friendly.Would stay here again when traveling through.

We had a great stay! The employees were very nice, and we had a smooth check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I'd improve is the sheets as they were a bit stiff. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet location. It felt secure. Breakfast was adequate and clean. Cracker Barrel close walking distance. I would stay there again while traveling through. My changes in breakfast would be., fresh oatmeal, with raisins, nuts, etc. whole milk, not low-fat, higher quality bread. However, in fairness, I eat higher quality food in general but it would suit most people. It is nice to get back on the road and not have to stop for breakfast. Beds were comfortable as well.

The elevator and hot tub were down but staff was great and extremely helpful getting a left item returned

Convenient and very clean. Good place to stay after long drive.
