Front desk staff were not very pleasant. Sink and bathtub took forever to drain. Other than those two things the hotel was clean and comfortable.

The stay was ok but at checkout the girl had said she would apply military discount which was better than the online discount and that she would ok it with management, later that evening she said she had cleared with management and applied discount and that we would have the new balance at checkout. Well at checkout the manager on duty came out and said that we could not get the discount, and she had attitude. It was her call at the end which was ok but her flippant attitude left me a little upset. She could have handled the situation with a little more respect.

The stay was decent overall. The bathtub wouldn’t drain after my shower and I have 4 kids, LOL. I went and told the woman at the front desk and she switched us to a different room right away. The rest of the stay was great!

Check in was a joke trying to communicate my previous experience and not wanting to relive that again. Room was so heavily deodorized i needed Zyrtec and benadryl to prevent respiratory issues and hives like my previous visit in the spring that landed me in the ER.

The walk in shower needs work. I stayed at the one in Smyrna TN and it was great. This one has water all over the floor. Did not go down the drain. There was a blower in the room when I arrived, so I'm obviously not the only one

Clean hotel with nice staff. If you want to sleep in though it’s not gonna happen. Very noisy early in the morning and housekeeping was trying to get through the door around 830 am. But if you’re an early riser it’s a great place to stay.

The room had an odd smell in the morning the bathroom smelled of urine - the public areas were well maintained- my room had what looked like a repaired leak on the ceiling -

We really liked this hotel. It was clean, well decorated, and the breakfast was great! The only downside was the mold around the shower floor, but we would stay at this hotel again.

Easy access off I75. Had reserved two rooms with one to have a crib. No cribs available per desk. Was ok as we just had to carry one more thing into room. Hotel rule, per desk staff, each room can only have One room key which is a little inconvenient at times. But, as my husband indicated the front desk staff attitude was obviously not going to do anything to make the stay anymore pleasant. Breakfast was above average and very cordial staff. Probably would try to find another place in the area when travelling.

We stayed two nights this past weekend. My three daughters stayed in room 101 and my wife and I were next door in room 103. We all woke up itching Saturday morning and we are covered in bites from what I assume are bed bugs.
