Excellent breakfast and service. Hotel has great access to private beach

Anniversary trip to Destin first time. Great location for us and beach access was perfect. Love the breakfast and service that was offered.

Staff were amazing, especially Kim who worked in the bar area. She was so kind to everyone.

Great location; amazing staff! The crew that took care of the buffet each morning were on point! They are the ones that made our stay absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! They always had a smile on their face and my wife and I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication they put into their job day in and day out!!

We stayed here for three nights, and couldn’t be happier. In excellent location (close to beach, shops, and restaurants), free parking, and very good breakfast. Will stay here in our next visit.

For the most part this is a decent hotel, the finishes are older and need a refresh. The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful but there was this one guy that was a dummy. The room was out of shower gel, I asked for it to be refilled 3 times. He finally coordinated it to be refilled at 12:42 AM. Everyone was asleep. That was a complete hospitality miss. That guy…wow.

Close to the beach. Shower tub could have been nicer. Elevators are a little slow. Breakfast was excellent.

Lighting inside rooms was dark. Felt like a cave. Also cleaning of rooms was ok. Seemed to only change out linens but floors needed to be swept each day due to sand.

The room was spacious and had 2 closets. The front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. Location good for access to beach. Would definitely stay there again!

I loved that it was right across the street from the beach and close to the shopping places and restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was awesome.

Value for the money. No hassles. A restaurant is literally across the street, as well as a souvenir shop.

We loved the location, private beach area, and the breakfast was excellent. The sofa bed needed some attention as well as the bath tub. There was debris under the mattress when we pulled it out and the bath tub had rust spots. These defects did not hinder our health or stay or enjoyment. We will stay here again!

The place is okay, not on beach so after a long day you have to walk back to hotel. No balcony. Can’t sleep because at 6am dishes are crashing for the idiots tha want free breakfast every morning. Bar is a waste. The people only want to use their free drink tickets. Overall would not stay again.

We were told breakfast ended at 10. We went at 9:15 and breakfast was over. When we checked into the hotel service was terrible.

Good stay, did the job, Kids enjoyed magic performance. It was a little loud in mornings from the doors opening to inside with the big gathering room and guest moving around. Nice private beach to use while you stay. I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable room and great breakfast options. It’s a very short walk to the private beach and involves up/down wooden stairs. But to sit near the water or in a good spot on beach you have to rent chairs. Had a small area where you could sit behind everything.

It was definitely as great as the pictures make it out to be. The room was very well cleaned, staff was all very friendly. The only thing we wasn’t a fan of was constantly being reached over while we were eating for clean up and trying to take things before we were finished. Other than that overall was an excellent stay!

The air conditioner didn’t work in our room, and we found out it’s a persistent problem with 4th Floor ocean view rooms, YET they don’t fix them… ridiculous!!! There were no comparable rooms available, so we had to move ourselves to a 2nd Floor interior room. They didn’t offer us anything for the aggravation, so I demanded a $100 credit for their restaurant. As soon as our server found out our meal was comped when we went to use it, he treated us like crap, and it was a horrible experience. One day, our maid only switched out towels — she didn’t take out our trash or make our beds or anything. There were food dishes left outside of rooms and at the elevator tables all the time. The guys who rented us our umbrellas and chairs were rude both days we rented them. The first guy wanted to argue with me about the setup we ordered. The second guy didn’t setup everything in advance, so we were crammed in between 2 families. I could go on, but I won’t. It was NOT a good experience staying here. I do NOT recommend it for the money!!!
