Very family friendly hotel especially for a summer vacation. My nieces love the pool, spring and hot tubs! Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is very central. Walkable to other places of interests and restaurants

Too crowded, too many children splashing and yelling even in the designated quiet areas. In the past, this has been a wonderfully relaxing place. This trip, the noise level was like being at great wolf lodge.

The hotel is old, and that's part of the charm. We were saddened to see the news coverage of the filling in of the off-site springs, hence the low eco rating. We were not informed upon booking, nor upon check in, that the window is completely blocked outside, therefor no view at all.

Great place. The only thing that was very upsetting is that our rooms were t ready at 4, check-in time. We couldn’t get in until 4:45. We talked to se real others with the same situation. I had come in from nyc just to share an overnight experience with my family and our time was cut.

It such a shame that a hotel with such a history and standing has now dropped to be being a very average and tired building. Please bring it back to being the home of our local hot spring and special hotel of the past.

Fabulous service everywhere at the resort. Many great dining choices with good food. The brunch is spectacular!! Quite pricey to stay and to eat, but as a treat it is a great place to visit.

We are stayed in this hotel least 20 times for last 12 years. Love this place. Every time, when planning to coming in Harrison Hot Springs, choosing this amazing place. Hot springs excellent choice for relaxing. Definitely recommended this hotel and lovely city as well...

The hot springs were gorgeous. The hotel is a little old.
The restaurants and menu were not impressive, not great quality or variety.

Spent two weeks travelling in Canada and stayed at some amazing places, this one wasn’t! Possibly this was a nice-ish hotel once when it opened but it’s tired, dirty, service is poor, and other than being near a beautiful lake, it had no redeeming qualities. Bedroom was tiny, pipes showing everywhere, chipped furnishing and decorations. Leaky drainpipes poured outside out window. By the look of
the photos on the website, this may have been a feature waterfall.
Left a night early out of 2, never done that before. Atrociously expensive. Possibly the next set for a remake of the shining may be its only hope.

Our stay was wonderful, my only complaint was the poor quality of the bed. It definitely needs a new mattress!!

Check-in was rapid and employee very friendly.
Hotel is beautiful on the outside and reception area very welcoming. However hallways and rooms really need an update. In our room, we had 2 lights that did not work.
The pools, hot tubs etc, are fantastic.
We had a bite to eat at Island Bar which was quite good.
All in all a nice stay, but rooms need a major update.

We used to come here every year before Covid and this was our first trip back.
The overall maintenance of the resort is in need of a refurbish. None of the side table lamps were working in the room, the shower head was full of calcium and barely worked. There was a huge clump of hair caked on the shower wall. They get you for a $25 resort fee upon checking out, which clearly isn’t going back to where it would be needed.
They used to have an afternoon high tea that is no more.
Stuff wasn’t too friendly or helpful either.
Overall, this resort clearly takes advantage of the only thing that’s going for it; the pools.
With more and more beautiful places popping up around, we will opt for somewhere else in Harrison next time.

This resort is all about the pools and they are amazing! The property is very nice ..lots of great dining options. Very walkable through the town of Harrison. My only complaint..and it's not really a complaint is our room was in the older wing and it could use with some updating. But again..it's all about the pools!! Will definitely come again.

The service was terrible, especially for how much they charge! The spa was good and reasonably priced but everything around there is expensive and the hotel has no daily room cleaning. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned, visited, coffee toped up or anything. And if you require a larger size robe, they don't have that either.
For the price, go to a real spa that provides fancy evening turn down service, daily cleaning, and nice spa products n/c as part of your turn down service.

Wilderness and close to nature. What a great place to come relax and unwind. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Efficiency is the order of the day at Harrison Resort and Spa.

Pretty run down, old property. Some elevators didn't work, check in was a gong show, food we ate in the lounge was mediocre at best. Fortunately there is a good Greek restaurant and a good German restaurant just down the street. We wouldn't stay at this "resort" again.

We come to Harrison at least once a year. We enjoy the location and the springs. This time there was 80's music playing the whole time in the springs area and the inside pool. It was very distracting and hard to relax. I can understand on a weekend evening you are trying to please all ages but it was a little much. Other guests were talking about it as well. Also, time to update or clean the carpets. They are looking pretty bad. All that being said, we will be back.

We had a great stay while visiting Harrison for a wedding! Have been to the resort lots before and would definitely come again!

Most staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff was delightful. A few check in agents seem like might be would be happier working elsewhere.
The hotel has a cool feel to it, but the rooms are getting very out dated and not worth the price the hotel charges.
The springs are very nice, except they are over crowded and the hotel management does not enforce the rules for quiet or relaxation, which are clearly posted.
We won’t be back anytime soon.

We stayed in the hotel a few times before, but this time, we found the lobby and the hallways smell horrible (urine-like smells). They really need to clean the carpets frequently. Bathtub is falling apart -- felt like it was sinking when standing on it. The only reason we stayed there is the access to the hot spring pools, which are nice.

A truly unique healing place with the mineral springs water flowing in the pools. The ambiance was like a tropical location. Stayed in the older part of the hotel that lent a rustic appeal to our stay.
