Best location in the city ... right on the main square in the pedestrian shopping area. Lovely room with large bathroom and a view of the landmark clock tower. Fairly priced.

Very nice hotel in a great location.

Was a nice enough hotel but feel the room is badly in need of some modernisation. Hairdryer was temperamental and was disappointing that there were no English speaking channels on the television. The bathroom was a bit smelly also. Staff were friendly and helpful however.

Great old hotel…air broke down …but enjoyed the whole experience

Perfect location, charming grand old hotel, though I think we had the runt of the rooms. Clean, substantial breakfast, efficient staff. Parking easy but extra.

Very hard to get to by car. There are no TV channels in any language other then German. Breakfast not included, expensive, yet with cheap offerings. Parking is in the area shopping mall, and you have to drive around several blocks to get there. And once I paid parking in hotel, the ticket to get out of garage did not work. I called hotel and was told I need to go parking office, while unable to even tell me office location. Once I objected, they called the garage and sent an attendant to help me out. Altogether, it took almost 0.5 hr. Just to get out. Thank God I did not have to catch a plane. This is a set-up where a availability of valet staff is a must, so a guest does not have to suffer through that. Altogether, not getting a good value for your dollar.

This Hotel building is a history by itself. it is located on the doorway of the Graz main square.The open space up to the roof, and the beautiful plants around this space are extraordinary. The room is nice, so do the bathroom. the only little mater is that the shower holder on the Jacuzzi is not holding it upward position.

I love the hotel with is spacious and antique museum vibe also situated at the main attractions with afew walking distant.

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of the historic section of Graz. Everything you could wish for is within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is full of character, our room was enormous compared to modern functional hotels. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend both the city and this hotel.

They never did manage to reconnect the hotel to receive English TV channels such as the BBC, CNN and France 24. The tech put a call into their service provider but no luck in getting any action. It was raining heavily so I was largely confined to my room so it would have been nice to have access to better TV programming.

Centrally located with all the main city sites such as the Clock Tower, Art Gallery, Mausoleum and City Hall a few minutes walking distance. Staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in old building.

Wow, what a fabulous hotel! We loved our stay and this hotel is right in the heart of Graz. It was easy to get around on foot or by tram. There was a highly rated restaurant literally across the street. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was roomy and bright. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had in Europe - fresh berries, smoked fish, assorted juices and even champagne. The inside of the hotel was magnificent with an interior courtyard full of plants.

Amazing apartment so close to everything. And Anna was wonderful all ways there to answer any questions we had about apartment or where’s the best pizza was . Will definitely came back.

The hotel is in the main city square, it just could not be better. The hotel is very clean, room is comfortable. The hotel is located in the former palace. Air conditioner in the room is fine. The only downside that the halls of the hotel are very long and there is no air conditioner in them or any air flow.

Our first time in Europe and went to Graz on a recomendation and were very happy and surprised by how we were treated especially that most of the staff spoke very good English and were always accommodating and helpful. The location is also perfect. Highly recommend hotel and Graz for a European vacation.

Wifi didn't work well in two rooms I stayed. And I didn't take the breakfast after I've seen the buffet is small and there are too few selections of food and breads! But otherwise very good.

Superb location in the center of the city and a beautiful old building with high ceilings, tall palatial doors, and a nice enclosed courtyard. The restaurant and bar downstairs are topnotch.

Amazing place to stay in Graz. Right in the middle of everything which is so convenient! No need for a car, you can walk everywhere. The trains are right there as well. So easy to stop back in if you forgot something for the day, or just need a quick break. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Talk about old world beauty. This hotel is old. Creaky gorgeous wood floors and old shutters. However it is modernized enough to provide a beautiful sheik setting right in the center of town. The view of the streets from our window was lovely. The gorgeous atrium made our fancy breakfast even better. We loved this hotel! I’d recommend it to anyone. The beds were so comfortable and our suite was extremely spacious.

Very friendly staffs. 17€ breakfast was looking like a small selection but I was really full to the end with various food with Prosecco. The room is of course old because it’s an old palace but roomy and comfortable. The garage was right next to the hotel, downstairs, well connected with the department store und supermarket, I will definitely visit this hotel again! 👍

A fantastic & historic hotel located in the heart of Graz. Staff was very friendly, check-in was quick & efficient, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Countless restaurants, cafes, and pubs are within minutes of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient, central location near Hauptplatz in a walker-friendly city. Room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and courteous. didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment on food, but the central courtyard area of the hotel looked very nice.
